Mission Beach - 2 Bedroom, 1 bath Vacation rental, sleeps 6. Walk to Ocean and Bay, Restaurants, Surf School, Beach bike and roller blade rentals. Comfortable 2 bedrooms 1 bath. with a washer and dryer. The unit is on the second floor with ocean views, a few feet to the Pacific Ocean. Upper unit has a private balcony with a barbecue and use of the shared courtyard below. There is an abundance of activities and entertainment for all ages and interests, many within walking distance and others no more than 3 to 4 miles away. See Photos below. Located on a pedestrian walkway about 100 yards (3 houses) from the Pacofic Ocean on Mission Beach. Located on a Penisula with Pacific Ocean on one side and Mission bay across the street. Provides for both ocean beach activities and the Boardwalk and bay activities. The bay side is nice for children and picnics on the grassy area adjoining the sand of the bay, which nice for smaller children to play in the calm bay waters. Lots of entertainment and shops withinn easy walking distance.

One car on site parking space included. Large free public parking lot 1 block away.
There is city bus service adjoining the property on Mission Blvd.

  Robert and Idel have done a wonderful job of maintaining and updating this beachy chic living space. I have rented from them for the past 7 months and couldn't be happier! It is comfortable and spacious given its Mission Beach location (which generally hosts cramped and dark living spaces unlike this place!). Only steps from the sand, it is the prime location for families, students, or couples looking for a beach retreat. In the mornings I can sit on the deck and sip coffee while watching the waves crash on the beach, in the afternoon I can meander down the expansive ocean front boardwalk to take in the sun and surf, and in the evening I can fall asleep to the sounds of the water lapping the shore. Like all mission beach condos, you must be prepared for the sometimes lively evening crowds that flock to the local bars; however, being centered in the North Mission area (as opposed to South Mission), the condo is largely removed from what can be a rowdy group. If you prefer to join the evening bar crowds, Pacific Beach and South Mission are just a short walk, bike ride, or cab fare away! In the event that we have had an issue at the condo, Robert and Idel have been incredibly responsive - typically arriving within hours to find a solution (or sooner if it is a more urgent matter). I only wish that I could live here longer!
