This property is older and it did not appear that the owner or manager cares about the condo. There was no light bulb in the living room lamp, the 1 and only ceiling fan was in the living room and it did not work. We had to purchase our own toilet paper (there was not even enough to last the 3 nights we stayed) and our own trash bags and dish soap. The dishes appeared to be very cheap/old fashioned. The shower curtain in one bathroom was old and tattered and the linoleum was peeling up in the corner between the tub and sink. The beds and linens are also old, with pillows that smelled stale. The rooms became very hot and muggy during our stay, and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The community is very tightly packed leaving very small parking spaces. During our stay, there were so many loud parties going on in nearby units that we could not sleep. You can hear the traffic on Mission Blvd 24/7, as well as the screams and noise from the roller coaster at Belmont Park. When we decided to use the gas grill on the patio, the ignitor did not work and the property manager told us to "go across the street and buy matches" to light it. I did not find the property management to be very accommodating to us.
The location is nice for those who want the convenience of walking to the beach or to the bay, however the condo did not seem very well kept and I would rather stay at a nicer place farther away from the hustle and bustle of the public beach.
