Enjoy this private 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental that is just steps to the area's best beach on the Pacific Ocean. White sandy beaches with lifeguard stations and miles and miles of boardwalk. Surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, windsailing, sunning and sand castle building. Also a grassy park above the beach with restrooms and showers. This spacious rental comes complete with a fireplace, high speed internet, cable TV with VCR & DVD player, washer & dryer, gas BBQ, and one private parking space. North Pacific Beach location which is just south of famous La Jolla California. Vacationers can visit San Diego Zoo, Legoland and Sea World. Sea World is less than 10 miles away. This area has a high walking score. The cottage is very close to the beach and ocean. Literally the ocean is around the corner with 6 houses to the boardwalk and beach. The neighborhood is a safe, friendly area as is the beach area where it is located.. The beach has lifeguard towers and is a paradise for swimmers, surfers, wind sailers and boogie boarders. Great for families or a romantic get away. Many tenants have returned year after year.
