Come enjoy this delightful, newly remodeled home with hardwood floors. This vacation retreat sits just fours houses back from the Bayfront and steps from the ocean. It is the perfect place for a couple wanting a quiet beach vacation in sunny Southern California. You are close to restaurants, surf shops and bike rentals on Mission Blvd. The patio has charming furniture and a barbecue. Cook and eat dinner outdoors as you contemplate your beautiful surroundings. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. We do have Wireless High Speed Internet. There is one outside parking space. SMALL PETS ARE PERMITTED.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The pictures do not do justice to this quite little property. It is a single unit so you will not be disturbed by noisy neighbors above or below, a definite plus. It is located perfectly between the bay and the ocean. Both only less than a minutes walk. The amenities are very modern and functional. The front porch was huge allowing for ample seating of friends and family. Many of the neighbors are full time residents so it has a homey feeling. The only downside is the small parking spot. We had a suburban and it was difficult to park. Bring or rent bikes. We only took the car out twice. We where able to bike to Sea World to the south and La Jolla to the north. I even used a bike for the grocery store.
