Everything went great, except for the hot water shutting off on its own at one point. I noticed it had a tankless water heater in a closet outside so I just turned the keypad for it off, then back on and it began working again after a few minutes.

Loved the location. Perfect surf volleyball experience. The add on apt in back was perfect for our teen crew. Patio furniture dated and wearing out but still usable. Light on the bedding and surf bedroom bed was only kid useable, adults could not use. Overall a fantastic location and house! Loved it! Will be back.

It is so hard to find a place that not only the adults like, but also children. We stayed with another family and each had two little children. This place was clean, safe and in the BEST location! It was so perfect to walk out on the patio and then to the beach....and also, the boardwalk was just a few blocks down so the kids also enjoyed that. We has such a good time. Will for sure make this an annual event!
