Located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood our home is close to most San Diego attractions. 2 blocks to Tourmaline Surf Beach, 2 miles to La Jolla Village & Cove, 3 miles to Sea World, 9 miles to San Diego Zoo, 11 miles to the SD airport and dowtown's Gaslamp District. This was such a great alternative for an extended stay! I was with 4 other adults (including 2 20-somethings) for my dad's memorial and dealing with his estate. Dennis was so accomodating and helpful! the house was clean, had everything we needed, close to everything and Dennis provided suggestions for restaurants, bars, and things to do. it was a very emotional and stressful week for my family and Dennis did everything he could to make it easier. I would definately recommend this property - you wont be disappointed.

My two friends and I stayed here in early September and could not have been more pleased with it. We were walking distance to the beach and nightlife which was perfect. The accomodation was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would recommened this place to anyone wanting somewhere to stay that´s great value and a great location. It made my visit to San Diego that much more enjoyable.

Smack dab in the middle of Mission Beach and La Jolla, Dennis' Pacific Beach Vacation Home is a sheer delight. We loved the proximity to the beach without the unwanted foot traffic that being too close to the water allows. We felt secure and surrounded by all the amenities we needed, grocery stores, cleaners, restaurants, nail salons, and surfing. The home has wonderful décor and comfy furnishings, having on-site laundry facilities were a great bonus. The electronics, big screen TVs and free wifi were most enjoyable. Driveway parking and use of a private patio erased the inconvenience of multifamily beach life, we felt like we were in a private home. Dennis' garden provided wonderful veggies and allowed one to tip toe into serenity. We biked and walked to the beach daily, wound our way up to La Jolla, ventured south to Mission Bay and loved the convenience of Dennis' place. We will be returning again and again and recommend this home highly.
