Located on a quiet court in old Mission Beach! Four year old contemporary home has no shared walls and is six homes to the calm of Mission Bay and eight homes to the surf of Mission Beach. Walk to everything. Includes parking for two cars and all amenities. Owner managed, so there are no additional cleaning fees. We live a short bike ride away and will do everything we can to ensure your vacation is relaxing and enjoyable!

Left on 03/21/2011 for a stay in August 2010
We stayed with two college students and their significant others. We had two cars, and both were able to be parked in the garage and driveway. The beach was steps away, as was the bay. We were able to swim, ride bikes and walk directly from this beach house, no need to get in the car and park. The kitchen, living room area was perfect for all meals and getting together. Bathrooms near the bedrooms were perfect for our large group. This beach house is modern and has all conveniences for a great beach vacation. All of us enjoyed time spent on the roof patio, both by day or night. This beach house was a great place to stay.
