This spectacular luxury beach house was recently remodeled and sits high atop its neighbors, just steps to the sand in one of the most picturesque areas of San Diego. The modern three-story design looks out over the Pacific Ocean and features sweeping panoramic views from the fully furnished roof deck!

Depending on the size of your group and your budget, this amazing property can be rented as either a 3 or 4 bedroom because it features an attached one bedroom guest studio. This extra unit is great if you need the extra space and offers a small kitchen area and full bathroom.

No expense was spared in decorating the entire house wit...h high-end furnishings and commercial stainless steel appliances (Subzero, Wolf, Bosch). The main house has a poured concrete bar top, granite counter tops, rock walls and wood flooring, plus three plasma TV's and a custom built-in surround sound/entertainment system. Every bedroom has it's own separate bathroom!

This home features an amazing game-room directly off the living room that features a bar-size pool table and Golden Tee Golf! The game room also has a queen bed, a queen futon and a 42 inch plasma TV.

The property has two gas grills and a 550 sq. foot Ocean View rooftop deck with jacuzzi on the third level.

Sleeps 2-12: Cal King in master bedroom, 2 queens, 1 full bed and 1 queen futon bed in main house. One queen and sleep friendly sectional sofa in guest studio. All total there are 6 beds!

This house is centrally located and only 10-minutes from downtown San Diego and high above the ocean in the Sunset Cliffs area of Point Loma. Walk to the white sand beaches to sunbathe, for a cool dip in the Pacific, or take along your surfboard and "hang ten." If your dog needs to socialize, there is the "world famous" Dog Beach. Browse the antique shops along Newport Avenue. Enjoy shopping on Wednesday afternoon's farmers market in Ocean Beach. It is a real "happening." If you don't mind the wait, line up behind the locals for a juicy, original hamburger at Hodad's or stop for a scrumptious fish taco in the restaurants nearby.
Visit the lighthouse at Cabrillo National Monument and take in more awesome views of the ocean. Not too far away (5 minutes) is Point Loma's Liberty Station where families will enjoy the Corvette Diner and other restaurants. (Sammy's Woodfired Pizza is a must try). For golf enthusiasts Liberty Station also has a golf course.
Sea World is a 7-10 minute drive. Downtown's Gaslamp District is a short ten minutes away for world-class restaurants. Take in a flamenco show at Casa Sevilla. Old Town State Park, one of California's most visited sites, offers a glimpse into early California. Great Mexican restaurants and only 10 minutes away. San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, are also a 10-minute drive.
