This 1928 home has been preserved with all of its original charm. The backyard garden provides a wonderful retreat, and is a beautiful setting for an outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is a fun, artistic neighborhood in San Diego, very close to Downtown. Walk to shops, restaurants (some of the best in S.D.), coffee houses, Antique Row, a Landmark Movie Theatre, pubs, yoga, parks....just about anything your heart desires. Central to all things San Diego, including the Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, Fashion and Mission Valley Malls, the beach - all about a 5 minute drive. You couldn't ask for a better location! Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Bus stop is 1 block away.
