This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is great for vacationers looking to be in the heart of Pacific Beach. The large master bedroom offers a TV, fireplace and great ocean views. Delight yourself in the beautiful sunsets viewed from the secluded rooftop deck. When you’re not lying on the beach, you can enjoy swmmng, surfing, boogie boardng, wind sailing. This lovely 3 bd/2ba duplex unit is in an upscale area known as North Pacific Beach. It is just south of world famous La Jolla California with its elequent shops and restarants as well as La Jolla's large seal population to marvel at in the wild. Vacationers can easily visit San Diego Zoo, Legoland and Sea World, as well as Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Broadway pier to name a few choice locations to visit. Sea World is less than 10 miles away. This area has a high walking score. The unit is very close to the beach and ocean. Literally the ocean is around the corner with 6 houses to the boardwalk and beach. The neighborhood is a safe, friendly area as is the beach area where it is located.. The beach has lifeguard towers and is a paradise for swimmers, surfers, wind sailers and boogie boarders. There are miles and miles and miles of boardwalk for walkers, runners and bikers. There are bikes provided for the units to enjoy. Great for families. Many tenants have returned year after year. This unit has off street tandem parking with two reserved spots or this unit. Parking for two is a real plus this close to the beach and ocean.
