This is a great family beach house and it is perfect for your next summer vacation. It is well located in the middle of Mission Beach. You are 3 houses from the boardwalk and the sand on the ocean side and a short walk to the bayside as well. The house is on a court so there is no car traffic in front of the house and you need only walk up a sidewalk to the beach.

The location is right in the middle of San Diego's Mission Beach which is less crowded than areas to the north or south. Santa Clara recreation center is a short walk away and provides additional parking, a playground, tennis and basketball courts as well boat and jetski/watercraft rentals - on the bayside. On the beach side you are in a safe swimming area with lifeguards and a designated surfing area. You are within a block of many restaurant and shopping choices. Everything is right here - you won't want to leave.
