The home has very unique layout with the living/dining/kitchen facing the fabulous views that open to a large patio facing bay and ocean views + 2 bedrooms and an outdoor patio all on the main level. Both upstairs bedrooms offer queen beds, luxurious bedding, ample closet and dresser space. One of the bedrooms also exits to the huge rear patio. The indoor living room has a very large soft leather sofa with a built-in chaise lounge, a love seat and a large screen TV offering Direct TV. The kitchen with granite counter-tops and dining area for 6 plus people is large and open to the Living Room and well equipped with all the dishes and cookware that you would expect in a fully furnished unit (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with self-service water/ice, coffee pot, quality cookware/baking dishes, knives, crock pot, cocktail glasses, dishes, silverware. Iron/board and hair dryer are also on board.

The 2nd level has a private entry or can be accessed through the upstairs staircase or garage. This area houses the spacious master suite, including a 2nd cozy living room with a large flat screen TV, SLEEPER SOFA and loveseat, surround sound, plus a kitchenette with a bar, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. Master Bath has a large walk in shower and built in seat.

The outdoor living room has a large granite dining area surrounding a large BBQ and partially shaded by a thatch palapa umbrella for dining and cooking. This large fully fenced outdoor area has comfy chairs and sofas surrounding a large fire pit and a granite railing for enjoying happy hour and watching that final sunset and twinkling stars. The balcony off the living room offers 180 degree views of San Diego…fabulous views all hours of the day…inviting, tantalizing and exciting…this is a postcard perfect view!!

A decorative paver parking area with room to turnaround will accommodate several cars if needed. The driveway offers easy access to the home for moving luggage, groceries and beach toys.

The floor plan is fabulous for couples traveling together, couples traveling alone, families, honeymooners, anniversary and birthday celebrations, corporate executives, and responsible adults of all ages.

This is a private home in a quiet, residential neighborhood which we offer as a year round and seasonal rental to responsible, respectful guests. Although fabulous for entertaining, this is not a party house. No smoking and no pets are allowed and all guests must respect neighbors and observe quiet hours as is required in a residential community. We do offer a shopping service to have your vacation rental pre-stocked with your favorite food, snacks and drinks.

This spacious home is located in the North Pacific Beach area of San Diego, between Soledad and Pacific Beach and perched high above the Pacific Beach neighborhood and 10 walking blocks from your driveway directly to the beach area. The home is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful and famous sandy Pacific Beach. There’s also beach rentals close by that offer kayaks and boat rentals. Convenient to fabulous restaurants offering all cuisines, movie theatres, shopping, golf, sports events, music venues, coffee houses, fashion malls, parks, and public transportation as well.
