We stayed at this place for 5 months. The location is just great. One minute to the beach, the bus station right in front and the supermarket is not far away. Unfortunately the house wasn't really clean when we arrived. A lot of dust all over and especially under the beds. Some windows and blinds were broken. Unfortunately some are still broken so we cannot use them properly.
The kitchen is awesome and there is a lot of cooking equipment in it. Really good. All of the bedrooms are nicely decorated and the roofterrace view is beautiful. All in all I would definately recommend this place. -

This property was nicely located in Mission Bay for our three family reunion, 10 people. Property was very clean. Living room was large enough for our get togethers. Property has nice large kitchen and dining areas. Families enjoyed local attractions, Sea World, Midway, Belmont Park and the beach boardwalk. We brought a Wii which kept everyone busy. Wireless Wi-Fi would have been nice...... Dina, our rental representative, was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property and San Diego Vacation Rentals.

We stayed here mid'July for a family reunion. We were in three different houses. We used the patio a lot for get togethers. It has large bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great location between the bay and ocean. You could watch Sea World fireworks from top story decks. It is within walking distance to everything. The only thing that might make it a better stay would be to supply more things like bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc., and more kitchen cooking eating supplies. A good excuse to eat out, though! We had a great time and would rent again!

The house was very roomy for the 7 of us. It was in a quiet spot. However, you needed more than one frying pan, a dust pan,and maybe add a fire pit outside. Also you should leave beach chairs at the house. Maybe should also have a ceiling fan in the downstairs. You also need instructions left on how to use the gas fireplace...Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.
