This property is available now for online reservations or call for more information! This property is available summer only. One week minimum for summer season Sat to Sat and also over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. We do make exceptions in Early June and Mid Augus and will allow less than a week and waive the Sat to Sat restricition. Just a few problems with my stay: the wireless internet did not connect after several hours on the phone with Time Warner and the rental office. Never was resolved although the staff tried very hard (just needed someone with more computer experience to reset the router.) Some other issues: the couch in the living room is beaten up, the stove had damaged to the pan holder at the bottom which the lady who came to check the router seemed to be aware of. Trash at the unit next to us (723?) was still outside and overflowing when we arrived and covered with flies. The flies remained an issue all week and we had to be careful opening the glass sliding door. Perhaps they dropped food on the ground? Otherwise, property was nice. The staff are excellent in customer service - perhaps you could find a more dependable way to provide wireless or just not offer it at all. I would have found alternate wireless for my group if I had known it was going to be an issue. I would recommend this property to others with some guidelines on some of the above issues.

The rental was a great getaway from home. We spoke about how homey it felt for all of us. The only thing that we think would be a great addition is to have screens on the windows and doors. We would have had the patio door open more, for the fresh ocean breeze, but since it didn't have a screen on it, we didn't want to leave it open because of bugs. It would have also been nice to have a pantry to store all of the items we bought for the week. The rooms were decent size rooms and loved all of the storage in the closets.
Prior to our arrival, we had contacted Sandy Beach to see if we could rent a highchair and they mentioned that they would try their best to find one for us to use for the week, but weren't sure because it was such a busy week. When we arrived, there was a highchair waiting for us, at no extra cost! Thank you very much for this!

What a great time. The beach house was clean and comfortable. The patio was spacious and we enjoyed barbequing in the perfect weather. Did I mention we were steps from the beach? Overall, my family and I would definitely return.

The only thing that could have made the stay better would have been screens on windows and doors. Also we were traveling with children and there was only 1 tv a 2nd in the master bedroom would have been nice. We would stay here again.

We our stay! The only comments for improvement would be having screen on windows and sliding doors, flys kept getting in and without the breeze it was quite stuffy. There was a lettle problems with ants and we needed a little more cleaning supplies. Outside of that, we loved our stay!

This condo is in an excellent location on San Diego's Mission Beach, just off the beach and 2 blocks from boardwalk rollercoaster, games, entertainment and restaurants. I would recommend this condo!
