A great place to stay! I almost hate to rate it so highly because it may not be available when we want to return since if everyone knows how thrilled we were with this property it may be booked when we want to go back!
Everything we needed was there except for wash cloths in the bathrooms (there was one per bathroom and the people we traveled with wanted two).
There were six of us (three couples) on this trip and we spent three great nights at the Lindemann condo.
The only real issue we had was that one person in our party has a pretty severe knee problem and since the condo is a two story unit it was a bit difficult for her to walk up and down the stairs. The entry is on one level and a person immediately upon entry has to go either up or down a flight of stairs to get to the bedroom/living room area or the kitchen/master bedroom area. Our "invalid" managed to deal with it and all else was fine. I would not recommend it for someone in a wheelchair or on crutches, but I would recommend it to everyone else in the world wanting to have a great place to stay in San Felipe.
Tip - take your own pool towels. Heed the advice given when booking - take he washing machine detergent if you plan to wash your clothes in their washing machine. Also, you can go out on the beach and get your own clams - there is a journal giving you advice and directions on just hpw to do so - so be sure you either cook them right then or have some way to transportn them home. And enjoy this wonderful place! -

This house is pretty comfortable and nice, plus Rancho El Dorado is a pretty tranquil neighborhood. We had the beach and jacuzzi all for ourselves. I'm already Recommending the House to all my friends and planning a weekend getaway.

I stayed here with a group of friends total of 3 women and 3 men. We had a great time arrived on a thursday left on sunday moorning. The house has everything you need the only thing you might want to take if you want to BBQ at the beach is a grill you have one at the house but you cant take that to the beach. but overall its a great home!!!

Hi, we are a group of 3 families that usually take short trips together, our group can be from 8 to 15 people depending of the agenda, but this time I did a lot of research online because as it was a holiday, the rates where higher, and as this time we invite the other members and have to pay for the 3 days, I found this miracle. The house is very well maintained and cared,
The master bedroom is huge, I sleept like a baby
since the first day we arrived, and believe me I am one
of those persons who don't sleep well if is not your bed, so you can imagine how comfy is that king size bed.
This time of the year is really too hot in San Felipe, so we really just stay at the pool and the beach, and of course at the house, cooking, taking and having a wonderful time with the family. We will be back again of course, and the attention of the owner is excellent for me. The resort where the house is located is the best in San Felipe..
If you wan't to spend some quality time with your family out of the routine of your house this is the one to rent.

My Family and I were happily surprised by the 5 Star accommodations of “Casa Del Paraiso”, this villa is beautifully decorated, fully stocked, clean and well maintained. We took full advantage of the gourmet kitchen and the BBQ. The surroundings are breathtaking and quiet, if you are looking for rest and relaxation this is the place to be. The beaches are clean and the Sunrises are unbelievable. I have already recommended this Villa to Family and friends and cannot wait till the next time we can go down to visit again.

This is our second stay at this villa. This place is great and works so well for me and my family. It is close to all the amenities we need and it takes just a few minutes to drive into San Felipe. Everything we need is so close and convenient here that we seldom leave the ranch. This place is quiet and secure - we will be back.

The service from the owner couldn't have been better - they catered to our every request. The check-in and check-out was very easy and very fast. We were very secure in this gated community. The home is incredible - beautifully furnished and yet very practical with all the comforts of home including satellite TV and wireless internet DSL. The kitchen has everything available for the experienced chef. The nearby beach was great and the local amenities and restaurants were very good. The private pool & hot tub are perfect as well. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxed vacation in a wonderful private setting.

Six of us (ages 23-32) ventured down to San Felipe for our first time from San Diego over New Year's Eve weekend. We had no idea what to expect, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The house was beautiful, with more than enough room for 6...(could definitely sleep 8 or more). Great kitchen for entertaining, cooking, playing board games, etc. The pools, tennis courts, golf course, etc. are all in great condition and free or extremely cheap to use (golf)....definitely bring your clubs, racquets, board games, etc. The beach is beautiful and provides lots of entertainment with collecting shells and clamming. We went clamming for about an hour and a half and caught well over 400 clams using our toes. The house comes with a great patio and grill which we used to cook the clams. Town is very quaint and full of great shopping and bars. You can also rent ATV's for really cheap there to explore town. If you do eat out, food is extremely cheap..the Latin Garden was delicious!! The restaurants in the resort complex are also delicious and very inexpensive. Everyone we encountered in town and in the resort couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating with recommendations and tourist tips. I felt safe the entire time we were there compared to other cities we've visited in Mexico. The drive down was very easy and it is nearly impossible to get lost. The weather was beautiful during the day, but a little chilly at night, so dont forget a sweater or jacket. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet somewhat adventurous vacation. The area is not a wild and crazy place like Cancun, but provides a great getaway at a great price. It was the perfect vacation spot for what we were looking for and I will definitely be back. We had a great time!!

Our stay was amazing, from the beginning to the end your villa offers luxurious accommodations; it made my family feel like royalty. We especially liked each bedroom having its own private bath, and we took advantage of your gourmet kitchen and prepared meals every day. This is FAR better than staying in a hotel. We loved the proximity to the beach, pool and heated spa – all just steps away. The nearby restaurants are excellent and prices are reasonable. We are definitely coming back and will tell all our family and friends about your special retreat!
