This nice and comfortable studio is completely remodeled. The kitchen has custom cabinets as well as stainless steel appliances. It is a full kitchen with all necessary equipment. The bathroom is tiled and has an authentic claw-foot tub/shower. The living room is also the bedroom with a queen size mattress which is very comfortable. All bed and bath linens are provided. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building. Furthermore, you can enjoy the terrific view from the common area deck located on the roof with a view of the surrounding city and Golden Gate Bridge. Single sofa bed available for a 3rd guest.

The apartment is small, but very comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed, and everything is taken care of. The rooftop is amazing, and the laundry facilities are very nice and helpful too. The location is great, Nob Hill, right in the middle of everything, and a block away from California Street, where you can catch a trolly and get anywhere. Also, Chinatown is a couple blocks away. Also, a decent convenient store is across the street, and a real nice grocery store a couple blocks away.
Bernat and andreas Were very helpful with everything.

Its a nice apartament with everything you need.
The terrace in the roof is beatiful.
The place is so good. Nob Hill is really good and quiet. Also the train and bus are so closed. -

We stayed here for four nights and were really pleased with the studio. Check in was really easy, having received emailed instructions before we left. The building is old and charming and the apartment has everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. Only one word of warning here, the road outside is very noisy, so if you can't sleep with traffic noise or people talking in the street, then it isn't for you. The location is great, with a tram stop just over the road if you feel you can't walk up the hill. The deli just up the road has everything you need including cooked food and enormous sandwiches. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is incredible!
The apartment is located in Nob Hill, a few blocks away from all the attractions in San Francisco... if you don't mind walking up and down hills. We found is quite a workout!
The bed is incredible comfortable, is like sleeping on a cloud. The apartment is complete, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Only one block away there is a grocery store with everything you need, from canned soup to ready to eat plates, and wine too!
The staff was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.
We highly recommend this place. For sure we will come back for our future stays at San Francisco!!! -

We thoroughly enjoyed this great apartment on our recent trip to San Francisco. Conveniently located, it is handy to cable car and bus transportation. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, high quality appliances. The bath provided a nice hot shower, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Just like home. We really enjoyed the older apartment ambiance (stately, high ceilings, wood and tile floors), great sofa for lounging with coffee in the morning before we took off on the day's adventures.

We found the apartment in Nob Hill just perfect for out holiday. We wanted to explore San Fransisco, and from Nob Hill we could reach everything by foot, tram or buss. The apartment was great. It looked very nice and felt very safe too. The bed had the best matress and we slept very good even tough the firecar passed our window almost every night... The kitchen had all we needed and there was also good restaurants nearby. Had some trouble getting our door open at arrival, but Bernat Poons helpt us by phone. I have experienced when renting apartments in other countrys that a bottle of wine and some treats has been waiting for us in the apartment at arrival, and I was sort of missing that.. A nice thing to welcome the guest with, I think, and an idea for Come2SF. All in all, I absolutly can recommend the apartment in Nob Hil!

The wife and myself spent 5 nights at Nob Hill and loved it. The location is perfect to walk the districts around SF and the space with Kitchen gave us a solid base to start our day.
Better than a hotel room. -

On arrival, there was no key to the apartment but Bernat within an hour. We were a party of three but there were only towels provided for two people. The fitted sheet for the sofa bed did not fit. We chose to "make do" for the period of three days that we were staying there and were credited for the extra person for two of the three nights we stayed which we felt satisfactory.
