OrleansGreat Rental!
Left on 01/11/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Boutikia was excellent on all counts, the unit was clean and well appointed-Minor improvements if I were looking for a "5" from us, beds were a little uncomfortable- I realize that is a personal issue and maybe they would be perfect for others. Living room could have been a nicer place to hang- more/better seating and reading lamp/lamps, and I wish the wireless worked better.
We were meeting in SF (a family of 4) this place was just right for us and I would use again. -

McLean, Virg.Nice place
Left on 11/01/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We enjoyed our six-day stay at Page Garden. It is a large first floor home in a shared building--a railroad flat. Good sized bedrooms, nice dining room, decent kitchen. Some of the furnishing were a bit worn (such as the living room rug) but overall it was in a good condition.
A few caveats: There is only one full bathroom, so that makes it difficult with a full house. The garage is amazingly tiny and you really need to spend a lot of time figuring out how to make the turns to get out of it. (It is shared with two other cars.) The street is fine, but the Haight-Asbury neighborhood is very funky. It's not for everyone.
The service from Boutikia was excellent--check-in and arrangements were a breeze. -

FRANCEone month in San Francisco
Left on 11/01/2012 for a stay in September 2012
September 2012 in San Francisco : a good way to discover hospitality and kindness of people in California.
The Haight-Ashbury district is close to center , near the Golden Gate Park and the house was very nice, comfortable.
One thing could be better the neighborood were a little noisy...
A very good experience , thanks to Boutikia ! -

Laval, Quebec.Great Place to Stay at 1649 Page Street
Left on 07/26/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This rental was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The place was very well kept and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The location was great, very close to Golden Gate Park. Grocery store within a short walking distance. The parking was not a problem, we were able to find parking on nearby streets. Driving to and from Downtown San Francisco was not challanging, only a 20 to 30 minute drive. The support team at Boutikia was very helpful in answering all of my questions prior to our arrival. I would recommend this place to families staying with children or family and friends.

Los AngelesAmazing apartment But Surrounded by Children and Construction
Left on 06/14/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The Page Garden apartment is a lovely rental, but is suited really more for a family or people on leisure travel than for business travels. Why? Around 6:30 am each morning, the sounds of screaming and running children abound from above and next door the loud sounds of construction can be heard. The sounds of upstairs scurrying seems to last all morning. Perhaps it is part of the city environment, but Page Gardens is not peaceful.
Location is great -walking distance to the park and the DeYoung; a Whole Foods 3 blocks away; easy access into the city. Kitchen is loaded with dishes and pots; but otherwise it's fend for yourself (buy olive oil, etc.) The bathroom needs a bath mat and it would have been nice if they had given us soap.
All in all, this place was lovely, but it feels like it's not owned by a person, rather a company, so corners are cut; there was no nice touches, no greetings, no check ins to see if we were content during our stay. Being told one needs to strip all your sheets, gather all your towels and start a load of laundry before checking out by 11am when you're paying $500 a day plus a $150+ cleaning fee rubbed us all wrong. Would we recommend it? Yes. But understand that these are the requirements so you won't be disappointed too.
