We arrived a few hours early and were allowed to drop our luggage and explore! The location is great, literally 2 minutes from a park and 2 minutes from the popular Haight Street with plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, and crazy people watching! Plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, etc - they even brought extras for us needy females after we called. The house has plenty of beds and space for different activities. It is beautiful but you can tell there is some wear and tear from being a rental. The kitchen table seats only 4 but we brought chairs from outside and downstairs to accommodate our large party.
Problems: The internet code given to us in the rental agreement was not correct, so initially we thought it didn't work, but we pushed a button and put the new code and voila! Service. The upstairs neighbor likes to play music on repeat for most of the night, of which you can hear the beat in some of the rooms. There was also a lot of running up and down the stairs and back and forth, like a little kid or dog lived up there. That went on well into the night for 2 out of 4 nights. The bathroom with the large tub leaked into the downstairs dining room after bathing, then the following day, the septic tank outside was overflowed and bubbling from the grate in the backyard. Boutikia sent help over immediately, in which they used a large snake-like device to unclog the pipe (?). The price was a little steep for the loud neighbors and the bathroom problems but overall we had a great time and you can't beat the great location! I recommend for younger travelers who plan to peruse the town at night; not for quiet families.

We love this house. We've rented it two years in a row and hope to come back again next year. We had 7 people with only one couple and the house fits us perfectly. It's got a great location right off of Haight and close to downtown. The caretaker downstairs (maybe named Luis) is a gem and he is amazing. I highly recommend it

W're a family of 9 person, visiting San Francisco for 10 days. The home we rented in ashbury Terrace became our home for those days. It was a very good choice. We are very satisfied and keeping goods memories of that stay in San Francisco. First, the service was more than excellent, the facilities around are very good. The situation for traveling by bus or car is very easy. The approximate to the Golden Park was very appreciated with our young children. We would highly recommend that home for a family or group vacation.
Went here back in May for a much needed guys weekend. It slept six people very comfortably but there were a few issues with the house. First, the Wifi did not work the whole time we were there, even after we called Boutikia. This was during the end of the week and all of us had work calls and emails to return and none of us could get service in there so the no Wifi was just brutal. There is little or no water pressure which isn't uncommon for SF. The downstairs smells a little musky. There is no true master bedroom. We had to ask the neighbors several times to move their car out of our spot, which they did, but still. Woke up Sunday morning for the airport with the neighbors starting to party, loudly, at 5:30 in the morning. It was Cinco De Mayo weekend and also party time for them. I would probably stay here again but not with a family, but with a group of guys who don't care. Close to everything.

Residential neighborhood, lots of room, nice private backyard area. Not super fancy, but very homey, very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, lots of linens, good privacy. Nice neighbors. Service was excellent...very easy (keys in lockbox when we arrived). Nice neighbors. Very clean when we got there, and we left it very clean--and received a full refund on the damage deposit within about a week. A very fair deal. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in ashbury Terrance for one week with my wife, two children, best friend from college, his wife and their two kids. Plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out and be comfortable. Would highly recommend this home to family and friends. Is in an excellent location right next to the panhandle of Golden Gate Park. Great for running in the park in the mornings. Really nice play areas in the park for the kids. The home is on a quiet street perpendicular to Haight so also has walking access to lots of shops and restaurants. We mostly ate out, but the house has a really nice well equipped gourmet kitchen. Whole foods is within walking distance and Safeway is nearby. We had room for two rental cars. Used the cars to go to Yosemite for two days. Public transportation is unbeatable in San Francisco. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Looks like a typical San Francisco victorian home with lots of character, but has been totally updated inside with modern conveniences and finishes.
