Situated in the heart of North Beach with restaurants, bars, cafes and wholefood shops literally just down the hill you can also walk to Fisherman's Wharf and to downtown or take a bus. This is true urban living.
Boutikia were really helpful and sorted out some minor issues really quickly with no fuss. Some noise from upstairs (people walking on bare floorboards I think) but then this is urban living.
Highly recommended base to visit this wonderful city -

The property was exactly as advertised - great location, clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants, shops and transit within a couple of blocks of the front door. Boutikia was easy to work with and provided the necessary check in/out information in a timely manner. I'd go again anytime.

This is a wonderful location from which we could easily walk to many of the most popular tourist destinations. Public transit nearby to get to the rest. The apartment is very well appointed. We walked to the grocery store and chose to have a number of meals in. Loved the ease of the keyless entry/exit which made for super easy check-in/out procedure. We opted to leave our rental car in the rental agency garage overnight, also within walking distance. I would only recommend that whoever sleeps in the front queen bedroom might wish to bring earplugs for weekend nights - pedestrian traffic can be noisy. We would return!

We stayed here for five days during a conference at Moscone Center. Just a 25 minute walk to Howard Street and fantastic restaurants down the street and around the corner. Can't wait to stay here again next year.

My siblings and families all wanted adjoining hotel rooms or a suite in SF. After very little research, it quickly became apparent that that idea would be a costly one. So, I checked Vrbo and found this Boutikia property in a great area for much less than what we would have paid renting a few pricy hotel rooms. So we booked it. The booking went smoothly and the folks at Boutikia were always available to answer questions. Prior to our arrival, we got all the instructions we needed to find our way and get into our home for the week. And was it nice! The furnishings were stylish, the kitchen well stocked and the area was ideal - a few short steps to the corner and a look to the right revealed the beautiful Coit Tower (careful with the Freudian slips). There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. I did need to call and ask for a roll-away bed, but the delivered it right away. With brand new bedding. We were worried about having only one bathroom, but it never seemed to be a problem with a little planning for showers. It was great to have in-house washer/dryer to do a load of laundry midway through our stay. There are so many restaurants nearby - Italian and Chinese mostly (Chinatown just a couple blocks away). Fisherman's Wharf is a 10 minute walk downhill (9 blocks). Public Transportation is nearby. It's just a great area. If I ever have the occasion to stay in SF with a group again, I will definitely stay here. And with Boutikia's service and courtesy, I'd bet all their properties are just as nice.

This was the first time I've ever booked an apartment to stay overseas. I found it incredibly easy and Boutika would always get back to me promptly with lots if useful information. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you'd near. Located in Little Italy and a short stroll from Chinatown, there are no shortages of places to eat and drik. I'd definitely stay here again.

Telegraph Terrace is a great location. Near to most tourist locations and in a safe area. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back to San Francisco in the future.

Attended 2012 us Open in San Francisco and stayed at this property. Boutikia staff were extremely organized with booking and informing us on what to do upon arrival and check-out. House is in great location with many restaurants within walking distance. Fisherman's wharf, Chinatown, Downtown, etc.. all within easy walking distance (although pushing stoller up and down hills was hard work).
Bedrooms were decent size, beds comfortable and pretty clean. Kitchen had everything you needed with pretty new appliances. Laundry facilities were great to have especially with little kids. Living room was good with couch and TV and table for eating dinner.
Would have rated as Excellent had it not been for a mouse that we noticed was living behind fridge. We informed Boutikia about the issue and they were quick to respond with offer to have pest control come in and deal with issue and other offers to compensate us for the trouble. Since we didn't see any noticeable feces of mouse and there were sufficient cleaning supplies provided to ensure we could deal with traces (small) left by our "roommate" we decided to forgo the pest control since we didn't want our kids exposed to chemicals,traps, etc.. Stay was pleasant since we only saw the mouse three times during our 5 day stay. Our eldest loved having her own room with bunk beds.

I was with a party of 6 adults and 2 small children. The service Boutikia provided from the beginning was excellent. The location of the house is right in the center of Chinatown and also very near (2 blocks) the Italian area of SF, which made a great spot for restaurants! We didn't need a car during our stay but there was a parking garage a block away. We could walk to a lot of different tourist places from the house without even taking a taxi. I guess the only thing about the house would be that it has only one bathroom. However, we sort of worked out a "natural schedule" for using it since some of us woke up before others, etc and even though, we were a big group, we never had a problem. Kudos...
