Myself and 4 friends stayed at the Twin View for a week and loved it. The location is easily accessed from the airport (Bart then Metro) if you don't mind a few blocks walk uphill. There are tons of great cafes and restaurants in the area and it's a very nice, safe neighbourhood.
The place was very clean and well kept! Laundry machines worked well, bathrooms were nice (especially the heated floors!), overall a gorgeous place - I'd go back again!
(lots of uphill walking / long set of stairs up to the penthouse - might be difficult for people who aren't very mobile/ wheelchair access would be very difficult)
Clean home, great location, excellent service from Boutikia.

This house is all about the location. Walking distance to the center of the Castro, good food, bars, etc. The Muni is also walking distance as well as Dolores Park. Once you get over the initial walk up the hill, its not that bad.
This was my first time using Boutikia, I usually use Vrbo, and they were great, they returned my calls/emails promptly and were very helpful and friendly.
The kitchen worked. I never find rentals to have great equipment in the kitchen, but the radiant heated floors in the bathroom made up for that.
All is all a great place. Enjoy!

The photos on Twin View were obviously taken quite a while ago. The apartment and furniture has had a lot of wear and tear. My cat allergies kicked in which means there must have been quite a bit of cat hair and lack of cleaning. Also, it seems like Boutiquia should not require so much clean up from the guests when they charge a high cleaning fee and the place doesn't look very clean (cobwebs on light fixtures, etc). We did all the trash hauling and dish washing (by hand, as there isn't a dish washer) but these things should really be included when we're paying $150 cleaning fee. Read more
We are sorry that these guests did not enjoy their stay. This property does not allow pets so there should have never been any cats here. We also steal clean the rugs and carpets regularly. As for the cob webs, we will address this with our cleaners as they should be cleaning all fixtures and surfaces.

The service we received from the Boutikia's staff was outstanding. We have rented from Boutikia previously and returned knowing we would be happy with their service. The
house was clean and well appointed particularly with the access to a washer and dryer to clean 2 young children's
clothes. We were pleased to find 2 houses close to each other for a family of 9, 7 adults and 2 small children. We
would highly recommend Boutikias rentals. The only down side to the locations was the distance to public transportation.

The Boutikia group were very easy to work with. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen equipped with anything you need, very spacious rooms. We were very pleased with location. Parking was no problem. Great view. We would definitely stay again, and recommend it highly. Only problem for older people is the steep stairs, but that is not unusual for most of SF houses. Lots of great restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and comfy apartment. Also very big. Everything around we needed for our stay in San Francisco. It felt like a home away from home. The beds are comfortable and there was more soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. than we could use in a week. Everything was well maintained and worked like it should work. The owner is friendly and was perfectly arranged.
