BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Each of the three bright and spacious bedrooms are sure to relax and comfort. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed. Additional rollaway beds are available upon request for extra occupancy. There is one full bathroom with shower tub and one half bathroom. Towels and linen are provided. Regardless of whether you are visiting San Francisco for work or pleasure, the layout and overall feel of the space will allow you to feel right at home.

Very clean and comfy apartment. Also very big. Everything around we needed for our stay in San Francisco. It felt like a home away from home. The beds are comfortable and there was more soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. than we could use in a week. Everything was well maintained and worked like it should work. The owner is friendly and was perfectly arranged.

We really liked the old-colonial outside of the house, with the modern furniture inside. It was spacious, had great amenities and we would definitely stay here again.

This rental was great for our group. The location was ideal and the home was comfortable with a great view.
Only three minor issues:
The maid was late upon arrival so the house wasn't clean but she came shortly after and did a good job.
The kitchen could have a few more utensils. Although, we probably cook at home more than most people do.
The mattress in the front bedroom is not suitable for 2 people especially if you have a bad back.
Otherwise everything was great and I would recommend this property to a family or a group.
The walk to the house and the stairs to the unit are quite steep. But this is San Francisco so one should expect this! Perhaps not idea for elderly or disabled people.
The Boutikia staff was helpful and accommodating even when we had to make a few last minute changes to our booking which was much appreciated.
We would definitely stay at the Twin View again!
