Live in comfortable luxury during your San Francisco vacation. This home is sure to amaze and astonish. Completely renovated in 2009, this flat has all the comforts of home. You vacation is sure to be all that it can be in this fully furnished home.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each of the four bright and spacious bedrooms are sure to relax and comfort.

The master suite has a California King bed adorned with luxurious sheets and beautiful linens. The bathroom attached to the master bedroom includes a beautiful claw-foot bathtub (currently under service, but will be back in operation by August 2012), ma...rble floors, beautifully tiled bathroom, and amazing finishes. Be sure to soak in the bathtub while looking out adjacent window and onto the city streets below. This full, enormous bathroom and bedroom will make anyone using it feel like royalty.

The second master suite includes a queen size bed, attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bathroom is also outfitted with beautiful finishes and details. This master suite has direct access to the backyard patio with fountain, greenery, and barbeque.

The third bedroom includes a queen bed and shared bathroom. The bathroom has a standing shower, travertine finishes, and a wonderful overall ambiance.

Fourth bedroom is simple and chic. This room includes a twin bed with pull out trundle.

No matter which room you call your own, you are sure to feel comfort and relaxation. All rooms have either closet or dressers for you to store belongings and really make yourself feel at home. The rooms are all adorned with nice linens, fixtures, and overall warmth.

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

Bring your party together by cooking in the newly renovated kitchen. You will be able to show off your cooking skills to friends and family in the chef’s dream kitchen. Enhanced with high-end Viking appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking ware that you need, this kitchen is sure to impress.

Kitchen also includes breakfast bar so that the cook can socialize with guests, or you can sit down for a quick meal.

After creating a fabulous meal in the kitchen or on the backyard barbeque, sit down with friends and family at the brand-new, modern dining room table. You will find that the dining space is a great place to catch up with old friends, socialize with family, or even enjoy a quite morning sipping coffee before a long day of city adventures.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

Enjoy some simple relaxation in this comfortable and bright living room. This fully equipped home has all the comforts of home- decorative fireplace, high speed wireless internet access, full entertainment center with a new 42” LCD High Definition Television with Premium Comcast Digital Cable, DVR, surround sound, and DVD collection. After a long day out and about in the city, you can look forward to kicking back and relaxing, socializing with friends, or putting on your favorite movie in the serene and spacious living room.

ATTRACTIONS

This flat is set in a fabulous, very central location. First of all, it is not in Downtown (which could be dicey) and not too deep in the residential parts of town that are too sleepy. Staying in this neighborhood gives visitors a unique feel for how locals live in San Francisco. Only one block away is Alamo Square with its world famous views of the Painted Ladies and San Francisco downtown. This park also has a recently renovated playground for children. The Fillmore, a reputed venue for incredible live band performances is within walking distance. Within strolling distance are Haight Ashbury, which was the epicenter of the hippie culture and retains a certain charisma to this day, Japantown with its delicious restaurants, Castro district with its uniqueness, and Golden Gate Park with famous museums and greenery. Highly regarded restaurants, such as Nopa, are a stone's throw away. There are also many great coffee shops and nightlife.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

We do have parking available at an additional fee. The parking is located one block away from the home in a reserved lot. However, a car is not necessary. There are 4 main bus lines that take you anywhere in the city (from downtown to the ocean) located within 2 blocks of the home. Also, a cab ride to almost anywhere in the city usually costs less then $12.

RULES:

QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 People. Standard Occupancy is 8 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.

Minimum stay normally 4 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.

  We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, 6 of us had plenty of room to eat, sleep and watch the occasional TV program. The kitchen and bathrooms have been wonderfully renovated and many of the windows have been replaced by soundproofed ones especially on the street side. There are great restaurants in the area, one of which is right next door, which was very convenient when we arrived late. The nicest thing was that the management company let us leave our luggage by the front door the day of our departure so we could enjoy our last day until our late afternoon flights.

  This was a great location! One block away from the Painted Ladies and very convenient. The hop on hop off and bus stop was at our front door. We had three couples with plenty of room. There was a little French restaurant next door that is reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

  I was expecting a house when I arrived only to find that the rental, though nice, was an apartment and not a house and should be advertised as such. The apartment was a nice size and comfortably furnished. The location was very convenient to all of the city and parking, which seems to be at a premium everywhere, was very convenient. I do feel that at $450.00 per day it's very wrong to ask your tenants to empty the trash and take the dirty linens to the laundry room. This should be treated like any good hotel. For all new tenants, the restaurant next door is excellent and might just have the best prices in town!!

  We advertise it as a condo, but I will look for and correct any misprint. Our check-out policies are among the most lenient for a vacation home. The cleaning crew sometimes has less than 4 hours to prepare the place for the next guest. Small things like putting trash in the bins and dirty linens next to the laundry are all we ask and goes a long way to letting the next guest check in on time.

  We spent 5 days in SFO and this unit really gave us a good rest during the stay. Facilities are complete and functioned very well. Boutikia management is very responsive and answered every call and accommodated very single request we had.
