This is a top floor VIEW flat in a 2 unit building located in Prime Marina District. It's within short walking distance to the busy areas in the Marina, (Union and Chestnut Streets)! You will find many restaurants, cafés and stores just within 10 minutes of walking distance. This location is also ideal if you would like to visit the famous Golden Gate Bridge, Palace Of Fine Arts, and Marina Blvd.

This property is in an excellent location with a great view from the large deck. Onsite garage parking is an awesome perk, and one that vast majority of other rental properties in SF don't have. Keep this in mind when looking for a place to stay, because most streets require you to move your car every two to three hours from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays. There is a Walgreens and a small grocery store very close by within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and even includes a washer/dryer. I have nothing but great things to say about this property, but I do have a few warnings. First, it is a long way up - the staircase from street level up to the apartment is pretty narrow and steep, and the stairs themselves are rather shallow. This isn't going to be a great place for anyone with mobility issues. Also, there is no child safety gate in the apartment, so if you're travelling with toddlers, you need to account for the stairs. We resorted to laying a dining room chair sideways across the stairway entrance.
Second, the kitchen is very modestly equipped when it comes to utensils, dishes, pots & pans, etc. It isn't likely you'd be able to cook up any gourmet meals, but there are plenty of restaurants of all types within walking distance. And the dishwasher detergent dispenser is broken, so the dishwasher doesn't do a great job.
Third, the garage space is nice, but it is very narrow. I was driving a rented minivan, and the entrance to the garage was juuust wide enough. The garage is plenty deep, but a big SUV may be too wide to fit through the door.
Overall, this property gets an "A". If you rent it with my warnings in mind, you will not be disappointed by anything you get.Response from Boutikia - 04/17/2013

Spacious apartment with great deck and nice kitchen. Good location. Wonderful hosting agency. Parking garage downstairs (which is essential), but "queue-type", which means somewhat of a hassle as the other car belongs to the neighbours. One bedroom with full floor carpeting, the others with hardwood floors.
We got locked into the bathroom a few times (lock problem), but the issue was quickly fixed.
We were pleased with our stay and are returning to SF again a few months later, staying in another apartment hosted by the same agency. -

Our family met in San Francisco for a reunion. The apartment we rented from Boutikia was clean , very comfortable and afforded beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Harbor from the deck. The apartment was very conveniently located near restaurants, stores and bus lines. We had a car and were fortunate to have parking directly beneath our apartment. The location is a great jumping-off site for touring San Francisco or nearby Marin County (Sausolito, Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais). Ceck out Home Plate Restauranr just around the corner on Chestnut Street for excellent breakfasts.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to return. -

"Marina View" was perfect for five adults who travelled to San Francisco for the first time. We enjoyed the comfortable, clean, well equiped condo, as well as the nice location and beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Bay. We even watched the "Endeavor's" final flight over the Golden Gate Bridge from the deck - that was fantastic! We walked to several great restaurants in the area and were happy with the shopping and transportation options close by. We would definitely come back to "Marina View" next time we travel to San Francisco!
