We were first time visitors to San Francisco.This apartment is spacious,luxurious and well located.We had 7 adults in this house .It is a great location for downtown,the wharves and the restaurants of the Italian area.Melissa gave us good ideas for touristsand in an era when you are worried about whether something actually exists-this does and we got our deposit back promptly

We have rented several properties and own vacation rentals as well. We love this property for many reasons! Location is perfect. Within walking distance of everything. The flat was very clean and the linens/towels are outstanding. The square footage is excellent for Frisco and perfect for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen was outstanding and I really loved the modern bathrooms. Melissa was really helpful as a land lady. Thank you so much for sharing!

I think the the title says it all! ... When I stay in a property and have a great experience, I like to share it with fellow travellers so their experiences can be good ones...
Our family of 5 adults stayed here in early July 2012 and I am so glad we chose this place. It was so roomy. It is a luxurious 3 story apartment with plenty of room and the photos are exactly what it looks like.
Upon entry there are two entry doors with security codes so you will feel very safe.
I must say my favourite feature of the entire apartment was the bed we slept in in the main bedroom downstairs. It was so comfortable and it is the best bed I have ever slept in out of every place I have travelled too and I have travelled allot! I wanted to take it back to australia with me. It had luxurious sheets, pillows and mattress and was very clean. I could’ve sleep all day and one day I did! Haha. I didn’t realise what time it was! Make sure you set your alarm otherwise you will never get up to see the sights.
There were also two Queen Beds upstairs in a loft type setting which you could see the entire living room from the railing and another bedroom downstairs which is next to the Main. The others said their beds were very comfortable as well.
There is a fully equipped Laundry upstairs with a washing machine, dryer and detergent is provided. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one next to the main bedroom downstairs. Your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, robes and towels are all provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped & functional & the pantry was stocked with all the basics so there was no need to go out and buy all the little things. The fridge has an ice maker & cold water was also available from the fridge.
The dining area was large enough for 8 people to dine and we used the bar stools along the kitchen bench quite often to socialise while cooking.
Melissa and Nick are the perfect owners and hosts. Upon arrival Nick was there to meet us and spent a good half an hour informing us about where everything was in the city, how to get there, where to go, where the tram stops were and basically answered all of our inquisitive questions. When we arrived there was a big football game on in australia and Nick was even able to find the channel on the free payless TV. We were very impressed!
I had no trouble with booking, Melissa answered all my emails promptly, payment was made successfully with ease through Pay Pal and Security deposit was refunded promptly after departure.
I would definitely highly recommend this apartment to anyone who needs the space for a comfortable and hassle free stay.
San Francisco has since become one of my favourite destinations and I think this accommodation experience has been a big part of this...If I return to San Fran I will definately look you up again :)

My wife, two boys and I recently stayed for a few days at the Nob Hill Loft in San Francisco. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The loft is in a convenient location, with two cable cars, each going towards a different location in the City, stopping in front of the building. One can therefore easily travel to and from all of the most popular sites in the City with ease. The loft itself had a wonderful layout. There were three levels, with bedrooms on two different levels and the kitchen/living room/dining room on another level. This allows for the guests to be together when they wish but still have privacy, when they would prefer. My wife and I both enjoy cooking, and having the kitchen there with its two built-in stoves and high end appliances at our disposal, made cooking enjoyable, which was more affordable than if we had to pay to eat out. The Loft is wonderfully decorated with a pleasant color scheme throughout. When combined with the pleasant décor, one feels they are in a very posh environment. Even a resident of the City that lived nearby who happened to see in to the Loft from the outside spoke to us. She was excited as she had not known that such an attractive place to stay was in their midst. She thought at first it was a "fancy restaurant." While staying in the Loft, you have the feel that you are actually a citizen of the City, much more than if we had stayed in a hotel, as the "real world" of the City, with its steep streets, cable cars, shops and hustle and bustle of Chinatown beginning across the street. Melissa and her husband were great guests. Her husband met us on the street when we arrived, showed us where to park and then got us acquainted with the Loft. They were friendly and accommodating people which made the stay even that more enjoyable. We very much felt at home in the Loft, had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.
