This is a luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the very top of San Francisco's fashionable Nob Hill. The property also has a 1500 square Foot roof garden with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Bay. The 4 bedrooms consist of : 1 King: 2 Queens and a single. The apartment had been completly and beautifully renovated with contemporary style bathrooms and a large contemporary kitchen with a stainless gas range, stainless Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and a stainless Subzero fridge. The apartment is beautifuly furnished and there is contemporary artwork throughout.

The property is in a three floor building called "HARKKA" and is located on Leavenworth Street near Clay Street in the Nob Hill District of San Francisco which is where the Nob Hill Hotels such as The Huntington and The Fairmont are located. The property could not be in a more convenient location just a 10 minute walk from union Square and a 10 minute walk from The Moscone Center for conference goers. There are some greta shopping streets and restaurants closeby. The cablecar does through the block where the property is located. there is a Gourmet grocery store over the Road!!

Pictures don't do justice to this perfectly situated flat in San Francisco. We were practically walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. The flat is very finely appointed, yet older, ie turn of the century, so expect some imperfections. That adds to the experience of being in San Francisco. The market across the street makes shopping a delightful breeze. Keiko a' Nob Hill, around the corner, is a fabulous and intimate place to dine.

We had an excellent stay at Leavenworth street. Great location, with fantastic neighbourhood amenities - brilliant deli/ grocers on the corner, japanese take out, 15 mins walking to the downtown area, and on the way back up the hill a direct bus route to save your legs! The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed, and more besides. Patricia is very friendly, could not be more helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions.

We were a party of four ortopedic surgeons visiting the annual orthopedic meeting in Moscone Center. We had an excellent week in Patricias appartment. Pickuped by Nabil from the airport, welcomed by Patricia to a fantastic appartment with 4 bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen and living rooms. Patrica was very helpful during the week - helped us with restaurant reservations and everything. The apartment is nice situated just beside Nob Hill Market with excellent food and wines, just 2 blocks from the tram and 15 minutes walk down to Market street. We can really recommend this apartment! Very clean and proper!!

I doubt whether you would find a more beautifully appointed or centrally located terrace house in San Francisco. Clearly it has been the subject of a very meticulous restoration but what marks it out as special are the quality of the furnishings and art collection and the very personal touches which make it feel like a real home, not some gereric holiday or business rental.I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I had the pleasure of staying in these apartments for a few days and have nothing but praise for the experience. The apartment we stayed in was stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Some environments one stays in can be barren and predictable in presentation. This is not the case with these apartments. Imagination and care has gone into the refurbishment. We felt warm and content in the premises and when we did venture out we were delighted at the immediate offerings the location presented. Very impressed overall.

What a wonderful place to stay. If you appreciate elegance and great art yet a cozy environment that is centrally located, then this is the place to stay. You can get around on foot or public transit very easily. We have stayed here more then once and will stay here again. I highly recommend this vacation rental. I must add that the home owner is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to SF and has left a completely details document outlining any and all her favorite spots in SF. Take the time to read it and try any of the restaurants or stores she recommends. You wont be disappointed.

I celebrated my 40th birthday in this elegant Nob Hill apartment and it was perfect for the occasion. It is beautifully decorated with light colors and subtle contemporary artwork and it has a great big kitchen, perfect for a caterer to prepare finger food for a party. I had about 30 guests and they all enjoyed themselves very much. The owner was extremely accommodating and was very helpful in ensuring that everything went smoothly and that my guests had a great time.

We have stayed twice at this 4 bedroom in Nob Hill and we will be back again. Having lived in San Francisco we often return to visit family and enjoy our favorite city. We tried several other places before finding this spot. Here are some of the highlights:
Location: This is a great central location with easy access to everything. The corner Nob Hill Market is a great market with gourmet sandwiches. All those little items you need, like Ben & Jerry's ice cream at 9 PM, are steps away.
Accommodations:
With 4 bedrooms and a huge kitchen table, it has plenty of space for getting a family together. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable with first class lines and beautiful custom wool blankets and pillows. The roof deck has fantastic views of the Golden Gate bridge and Northwest SF. (It also has laundry).
Bonus: Patricia is a great host and has become a friend of our family. As former SF residents we have good sense of what the city has to offer. However, Patricia provides expert insight to great new stores, galleries and restaurants, etc.
