This is an extremely elegant and large view property located on the very highest point on fashionable Nob Hill on a non vehicular lane called Priest St with mature trees, and lovely gardens. The apartment/flat takes up the full floor on a 3 floor building and it is on the top floor. The apartment has one large bedroom with a king sized bed and 1 bathroom with a bath and shower over bath. THe kitchen, dining and living areas are all one big large area and the livingroom has unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the SF bay all the way to Marin County. Located on the very top of Nob Hill Just a 10 minute walk to Moscone Center and union Sq. A 2 Minute walk to grace Cathedral andthe Nob Hill hotels such as The Fairmont. A 10 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf. A 10 Minute walk to the Union Street shops. Great restaurants like The Nob Hill Cafe, Ventacillo and Sushi Rapture within a block. The cable car and #1 and #27 buses go through the same block as the apartment.

39 Priest Street California
after a long flight from australia to San Francisco it was with great delight to find our apartment on Priest Street to be so comfortable, a home away from home. The Location was brilliant, we had the Cable Car at the bottom of Priest Street which took us to Fisherman Wharf or downtown San Fran. China town was conveniently located where I bought fresh produce on the nights where we weren't dining out at the many local restaurants.
The apartment had a magnificent view of the GoldenGate Bridge and the Harbour. In the evening when the sun was setting, we would have drinks on the roof top and marvel at the million dollar view.
The old French Provincial King Bed was very comfortable, and the Kitchen had all the latest appliances and the lounge room with it's great views was warm and comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending 39 Priest Street to anyone looking looking for homely opulence on Nob Hill in San Fran. -

On arrival we had a few hiccups however Patricia made us feel very welcome and put any concerns to rest. The views from the apartment are fantastic and the location is great. Union Square and Fishermans wharf are within walking distance. There is a lovely corner store around the corner which has everything you would need for a great stay. It was nice to come back to a warm apartment as the weather was quite cold. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the apartment just be aware of this if you have any knee issues. Thanks Patricia for making our stay in San Francisco so comfortable and for providing us with so much information about the local area .If we come again we would love to try one of your other properties.

The apartment is in an exclusive, quiet area, just minutes from a great deli-market, trams and buses. It's got lovely furnishings and a modern kitchen with all the mod cons and everything you could possibly want. There is a fabulous new roof garden where we sat looking at the wide city views and the bridge and watched some glorious sunsets. The owner is a great lady who is really friendly and helpful.

This one bedroom is spacious, with modern appliances and absolutely beautifully and artistically decorated. (I wish my place were decorated so well!) It is situated at the top of Nob Hill so it has a view of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge that is to die for. The livingroom looks directly at the Golden Gate Bridge and the mountains of Marin County. It has a lovely modern kitchen and the bedroom is elegant and overlooks a garden. The bed is also really comfortable. There is a convenient gourmet grocery store on the same block and the owner Patricia is really nice and full of excellent recommendations. She has very good taste. She recommended a local chef/caterer to prepare food for a gathering I had at the property. Strongly recommended.
