Mission Terminal is a newly completely renovated Victorian, a perfect blend of classic details and modern conveniences; the home has not been lived in since the renovation. The property contains 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a spa-like queen pillow-top bed with 400-thread count Egyptian Cotton bedding and luxury down comforter. The second bedroom is equipped with a funky bunk bed, perfect for the young, or young at heart, also equipped with Egyptian Cotton bedding. All beds are equipped with multiple pillows including down and synthetic pillows. There is room for an additi...onal two people on the comfortable pull out sofabed in the living area. There is a large luxurious bathroom in the unit, and a second full bathroom easily accessed from the bedroom.
While you will likely spend your days enjoying the culinary delights of the city, for getting the day started with breakfast, or winding down with a cocktail, there is a kitchen fully equipped including kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and high-speed induction stove in the cabinet. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and 39” HDTV will full HD channels.
All flooring is engineered, all recently installed to the highest standards. Each bedroom has storage for clothing. The entire home is fully decorated by a local designer, much of the artwork by a noted local photographer.
Off the back door you will find a beautiful fully maintained secluded garden with mature citrus trees, local succulents, and seating for 10 on the patio. Downstairs you will have access to a full washer and dryer. Both the yard and the washer/dryer are shared with Mission Terminal.
The floor plan is great for families, or those that like extra room for work or play. A pack and play portable crib/play area is available for those with small children.
Mission Terminal can be rented with the adjoining property, Mission Concourse, for one of San Francisco’s largest rental properties, capable of accommodating up to 14 in luxury.
Neighborhood: MISSION The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco, and Mission Concourse is located in perhaps the trendiest part of the Mission. A mix of hipsters, tech employees, and families who have lived in the area for a generation, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Within a block or two you will find super-hot bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, and legendary San Francisco eateries like Flour and Water.
Of course you are in the Mission so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan and other ethnic foods at low prices. We like Mis Antojitos on 22nd and Bryan, or even Dona Teresa which is two doors down, both owned by neighbors.
There is a fantastic convenience store steps away on the corner stocking gourmet foods, drinks (including beer, wine, and liquor), ice and other necessary and not-so-necessary items. Across the street you will find a laundry including dry cleaning and finish laundry. Also within a blocks distance are numerous coffee shops, cafes, and other Mission area institutions. A few minutes farther away you can enjoy the bustling neighborhood around 16th and Mission, but you may not want to leave the area right around you.
There is no parking available in the building. You can find a parking spot on the street for free. It is not limited and you don't need a parking permit. There is a Bart station (subway) only a few blocks away so you don't need a car to move around. In case you need a parking spot there are a few public parking garages nearby:

SF General Hospital Garage - 2500 24th St.

Had a great time at Mission Terminal. Great and functional Ikea-like furniture. Comfortable beds. Easy check in process. Plenty of street parking. Never had a hard time finding a spot nearby. Stayed here during Carnaval, tons of fun atmosphere. Neighbors are cool. Asiento Bar down the street is great and low key. The liquor store and pupuseria/taqueria next door was really convenient. The courtyard is a really nice tranquil place to read and relax. Nice to have a full size washer and dryer.
Just a few minuses- there is no full length mirror
The window in the living room and in the 2nd bathroom could use some miniblinds or a window shade.
There is no stove (hotplate included) and a small fridge.
2nd bedroom with the bunkbeds is a bit small. Read more
