Located on a lovely tree lined street in the middle of Noe Valley, the Suite is less than a block from numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and public transportation but still exudes a residential neighborhood ambiance. We enjoyed the stay. The accommodations were spacious and in an excellent location. The bed was firm and comfortable. Service response was generally prompt. Despite the large sizes of the rooms, we felt there was too much furniture for the two of us and the kitchen table was too large for any room but the kitchen is a nice size with granite counter and nice cabinets. We would stay there again in a New York minute assuming availability and price continue to meet our needs.

Our stay was good. The place is located in a great area, just blocks away from 24th st shops and restaurants. We stayed for about a week with our 18 month old and had no problems. The check-in and check-out could have been a little easier (you have to pick up and drop off the key at an office in an another neighborhood and we didn't have a car) When we first arrived they said we would have a crib and a high chair and it took a phone call many hours later to have them bring it over. Still, the place worked out well for us and the managers responded promptly. Noe valley is beautiful and the apartment was just what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, no extras, just the essencials for comfortable and practical living.

After collecting key well away from 3855, 26th St apt C we found the premises to be reasonably clean and basically equipped. There were no instructions or infomation folder/brochue which was in all other similar accomodation we stayed in across america?
After several complaints we finally resolved issues such as no iron, hair dryer or access to advertised laundry etc. Don't expect a good nights sleep if tenants are staying upstairs due to the noises emanating from up above there.The location of these premises are well serviced by all excellent convenience ie shops, restaurants and very reliable public transport..We had to find this out ourselves.
