The master is large and has been sharply designed with stylish features and amenities. The unit enters from a inclined pedestrian walkway through a community garden. Located just north of the Castro neighborhood near Ord and 17th streets.

Stayed here with 4 other friends on 9th of February and loved staying here. You can't fault the location and the apartment was great with central heating and . Only drawback was that this apartment was advertised as 3 bedroon/bathroom, bu unfortunately there was no bedding in the 3rd bedroom and the apartment manager had to come in on his day off with some blow up beds.

This vacation rental was what we (5 adults) expected. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to Castro St., Noe Valley, & Cole Valley. All good places to eat, drink, shop, & has public transportation.
There are several steps to the front door, not an issue if you have 2 working legs. There are 2 bedrooms (1 large & 1 small) & 2 bathrooms downstairs (ensuite) and a stacking washer & dryer that is easy to use. Upstairs, there's another bedroom & separate (guest) bathroom. The kitchen has a DCS gas stove & Jenn air refrigerator that needed to be colder even after adjusting the temp. The bathrooms were modern too. The living room was comfortable and provided a nice view and gas fireplace. There's also a separate dining room. The back patio (that's a loose term) provided a Webber charcoal grill and it's easily accessible from the kitchen. The house has central heat and air too.
The floors were not clean to my standards and I ended up calling the agency to send someone over to sweep & vacuum. They also needed to desperately clean behind the furniture, make sure the beds are spotless including the comforters, and toss out the clothing that people left behind (gross). The house only had fitted sheets for the beds, so I brought my own flat sheets. After that, everything was perfect for our family to arrive.
Overall, everyone enjoyed their bedroom & bed, private bathroom, the location, a garage space ( there's easy 2-hour parking on the street), there was no street noise, and no surprises.
I highly recommend the house and would rent it again.
