The bedroom has been completely remodeled with extensive closet space and storage area. This unit is perfect for a couple or small family. A small cafe, grocery store, and public transit are all located on the nearby corner street. Located between Cole Valley and the Haight Asbury neighborhoods near Ashbury and Frederick Streets.

The apartment is in a nice part of SF. It's large enough for 2 persons living there for a longer time. Nice kitchenet with all stuff you need...and a Buddah in the bathroom.

Casa Buenavista's rental at ashbury Heights Vista (Ashbury Street) facilitated our month's stay in San Francisco. Place is quiet and private, and very accessible to all places by foot and by Muni.
We are grateful to Jan Chernoff, manager who ensured that our stay was perfect. There were instances in which we needed help and Jan response was noteworthy.
Highly recommended. We shall return. -

Had the most pleasant experience. Your people were most helpful in every way. The apartment was so fantastic, sunny, very clean, missing nothing! perfect location, close to market, bus and muni.
Loved it so much, I want to live there year round. -

I stayed at ashbury Terrace with my family for a month this year. I thought overall this was a great experience. The apartment is very nice, well furnished, and in a great location for what I needed. The only problem I had with the property was that I felt it was very expensive, but this is probably true of any rental in that area.

Takes two keys to access, only one provided, nice neighbor came thru and helped gain entry. Everything in the apt was brand new. Everything provided, coffee beans in the freezer ! Cole street shopping a few blocks away. On street parking worked ok, if you were alert about it. Computer access excellent. Nice TV & DVD player. Very impressed with the neighborhood, location, and apt.
