This was my families first trip to San Francisco and we had an absolutely amazing time. This property is ideal for visiting many of the commonly visited tourist attractions (an some not so common one too). I have two small children and two teenagers and they all loved the apartment. It's situated in a wonderful neighborhood with a small market just across the street. When they say this apartment is fully furnished, they mean it! We had all the cooking utensils, spices, flatware and tableware, and anything else you could possibly need for your stay. It truly was a home away from home for my family and I. I would recommend this apartment and the Boutikia company to anyone seeking affordable accommodations for your trip to San Francisco.
Would you recommend this vacation rental to a friend?

We enjoyed the whole experience. Checking in/out was seamless with the keyless door, the apartment itself felt like home. And we could not have had a better location, just central to everywhere!
Great location. Just what we needed.

The apartment was in a great location in the North Beach neighborhood. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and Fisherman's Wharf. The walk uphill is a little steep, but you are in San Francisco, you should expect a lot of uphill walks. We were with our 8 year old son, and he was fine with the walk. The bedrooms were comfortable, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer on site.

Our 1st visit to SF . Accomodation was very central . Easy access to buses, very close to great restaurants & corner store.Still within a comfortable walk to Nob Hill & foreshore. Was clean & tidy. Also liked having extra single bed suited a family well. Great having a clean washing machine, fantastic when travelling. Would stay again. Boutika was good to book with & instructions to check in easy.

We came to town for Salesforce Convention downtown. Property was short cab ride from downtown and has great Italian restaurant area down the street. The store across the street was great for general needs and the owner was very helpful with direction and questions we had.
Fabulous location. Love this city!

Family of 5 (2a + 3K) stayed 4 nights. We were a bit nervous about getting the door code by email and not having to see anyone to check in but it all worked perfectly. No need to worry. It was all very clean and neat. A central location with corner store on the closest corner, wonderful Italian food within walking distance. Laundry with washing machine and dryer included. There is minimal off-street parking in this area so we used the parking lot recommended, with no problems.
If I didn't have to travel all the way from australia, I would definitely visit again.
Great place for families

Our stay was terrific. First night sort of loud upstairs (Saturday night party, I'm guessing), but the rest of the week was great. Perfect location, great views. Staff very helpful. Definitely would do it again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 children, ages 17,15,12yr. The apartment fit all of us just perfectly. We did not cook at all, but the apt. is well appointed. Very clean and tidy. I would ask for some additional bedding if there are 5 of you ... a bit scarce with extra items. There is a great convenient store right on the corner for anything you might need. It was very nice to make coffee in the morning and do some laundry, the apartment is easy to use. The best part about the Telegraph Vista is the location. Very cool section of town, situated near Coit Tower, and right in the heart of NorthBeach. Loads of restaurants, shops, eateries, parks, etc .. we all thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. Walked everywhere- you are close to Fisherman's Wharf, Russian Hill, and Lombard. Overall, a gem there in the midst of NorthBeach. Not great for the elderly, or those that cannot manage a lot of stairs. Bring walking shoes - as it's all uphill, but so worth it.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was cozy, clean and stocked with all the essentials. The condo was in a beautiful area. The beds were very comfortable and there were a lot of extra pillows and blankets available.
The area is quite lively on the weekends, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. We loved Calzones! We went there a few times.
The area is very hilly and walking up the steep hills are challenging. We had my in-laws with us who are in their late 60's and they had a hard time. Make sure to bring a really good pair of walking shoes and be prepared foe some steep inclines!
We loved Telegraph Vista and would stay there again. The only suggestions I would make would be blackout or different blinds in the master bedroom, and really stress to the tenants upstairs to be quiet during quiet hours.
Thanks for everything, we'll be back!

A great find! Compared to the horrendous prices of hotels in SFO, this place was good value. Modern, clean and comfortable, it provided most of the comforts of home in a strategic location---close to restaurants, and within walking distance of the conference center and downtown.
As comfortable as home

Living in Texas, we were surprised at the true San Francisco experience as we drove down Green Street to the property, 90-degree angle indeed! But the property was exactly as described and pictured on the website, which is always a welcome surprise! Loved the floor plan, it had everything we needed.
Two things I would recommend for you to consider, the master bedroom needs curtains to darken the room at night, it's like sleeping with the lights on! And please inform the unit which is directly overhead, that they are walking on hardwood floors, and for all travelers to be respectful, we lost severals nights sleep as the family that arrived late in the week with kids, let the kids run and talk at full volume from around 1:00 am to 4:00 or so. Put a real damper on our trip.
Otherwise, fabulous location! We enjoyed exploring the great shops and restaurants, and walking to other great locations!

We found the unit to be very clean and well stocked with shampoos, soaps, and paper towels and the like. The unit has only one bath but we managed with our party of 4. The extra twin bed in the larger bedroom allowed additional flexibility for our party. We really enjoyed the stay. The Boutikia management team was great and accomodated us on last minute reservations.
loved that house

Our family of 5 stayed in this rental for 5 nights. We appreciated the location-walking distance to many restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc. Also, bus routes and a cable car line are within walking distance. The condo had plenty of space and was adequate, without being fancy. We would stay here again.
Great family vacation w/top notch accommodations!

We had a wonderful time in San Fran. So happy we picked Telegraph Vista instead of a hotel room! It was great to have separate bedrooms for the kids, and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. It had all the ameneties and was charming, clean & comfortable. We were able to bring Chinatown & Little Italy snacks "home" to enjoy at our leisure. The location was perfect - easily able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 33 for the alcatraz tour and very close to Chinatown & Little Italy. Service was top notch; very responsive!
Just like a home away from home. Highly recommended!
