Black/Ash wedding
Shreveport, LouisianaSan Francisco Wedding
Left on 05/11/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Our daughter chose to have her wedding in San Francisco in January of this year. We needed housing for our group and needed a large house. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the house we rented was and the location couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend Boutika to anyone planning a stay in San Francisco and would rent from them again. I can't thank them enough for helping to make sure our housing needs were met and our expectations were exceeded.

Buenos AiresPerfect!!
Left on 04/16/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The apmt was excellent!, everything as the pics you can see on the web plus clean, very well equipped, and very well located. Small details that help: paper toilet and soaps in bathrooms, detergent in kitchen and washers, soaps, etc, etc. Two blocks away from the 31 bus that takes you in 15 minutes everywhere you want to go in SFO , and two blocks away from supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Go for it!!

London, UKSpacious, clean and quiet - a perfect base for a week in San Fra
Left on 03/07/2013 for a stay in February 2013
We stayed here as a group of 9 in February 2013, visiting from the UK for a friend's wedding.
Check-in was flawless, and there are 5 good sized double bedrooms in the property. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are spacious and light
The location is great with loads of good restaurants about 2 blocks away, quiet and safe at night.
Public transport is not problematic either, lots of buses into the city from Lombard.
Overall a great stay and great value for money. Would happily return. -

Shreveport, LAGreat location
Left on 01/14/2013 for a stay in January 2013
1st time renting a home and must say it was not bad. Everything that you need is provided except food. This house is located in a quiet area, but still close enough to stores and restaurants. The location was only about a mile from Fishermans Warf. The condition of the house is like your or my house probaably is, there are small marks, dents, dings, but the overall apperance and functionality is good. Parking is tough, but it is San Francisco.

Issaquah WAGreat Neighborhood!
Left on 01/12/2013 for a stay in December 2012
The house was very comfortable and much as expected per photos. The highlight for us was the neighborhood: close walking distance to Chestnut St, Union St, Presidio, Marina, Golden Gate, Pacific Heights. Lots of restaurants, markets, coffee, bakeries, unique shops. We had a great family week!

Oregon Family
Portland, ORExcellent Family/Couples Vacation Home"
Left on 01/10/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We stayed at the Marina Retreat in the middle of December (2012). Could not have been happier. Five comfortable bedrooms (and beds), good family spaces (kitchen and family room), chef's kitchen. While there is a need to share the shower in the "master bedroom" (versus the shared bath downstairs), it is a minor inconvenience that is forgotten with the location. From this house, and easy walk (for kids or those who don't like a lot of walking) to Chestnut (Marina) and Union (Cow Hollow) streets where you can find outstanding restaurants and bars (A16, Tipsy Pig, Dragon Well, Brixton to name a few). Also a short walk is a good market, Walgreen's, donuts, gelato, and movie theaters (all on Chestnut). For those with "longer legs", walk the Presidio, Fort Mason, and even on to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's wharf, and Pier 39 (this would be a long walk, but very safe, easy to do). Walk up Divisidero and do a difficult but fun walking tour of Presidio Heights. It is possible although very challenging to walk the Golden Gate Bridge (not a casual walk with kids in tow). Highly recommended home, great rental company staff.

We were in San Francisco for our son's wedding and between all the families, we rented four different houses and every place was excellent, clean, comfortable and so close to our venue of Presidio Social Club. Loved our stay and enjoyed every day

Group of nine
Sudbury, CanadaGreat for a group!
Left on 10/16/2012 for a stay in September 2012
After a rough start, we enjoyed the home. The location was close to bus route which made it easy to go anywhere.
The one downfall was the first house that we had chosen and put a deposit down was cancelled on us 3 weeks before our trip. As a compensation I was promised a gift for our group of 9 adults which was not even there. We had come all the way from Canada 9 business adults who really understand customer service. I was not impressed and would not consider Boutikia a second time simply for that reason. No one never even bothered to give us a call to see if everything was okay. If it would have been under regular circumstances I would not need a gift or a phone call but this was an usual circumstances and we had to come up with a replacement quick as all our flights were all booked. Boutikia certainly has to win me over again. -

North carolinaGreat stay!
Left on 07/24/2012 for a stay in June 2012
We stayed at the marina retreat for our family reunion and it fit us perfectly! There were two families each with young kids and a set of grandparents who all stayed in the house at the same time. The way the house is set up the downstairs has two bedrooms and a full bathroom so it is like its own apartment. The upstairs has the living space and large kitchen that goes out into the deck. The full bathroom upstairs is in the master bathroom and there is a separate powder room upstairs. I was very impressed with Boutikia and the staff who always answer ped the phone and able to answer questions before and during our staff. If our travels ever bring us back to San Fran we would definitely look into Boutikia homes.
