Appartamento Reginaldo G is a charming villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps five people. From Appartamento Reginaldo G you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and of the towers of San Gimignano . Appartamento Reginaldo G is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from San Gimignano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will fi...nd the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet).

To stay at Appartamento Reginaldo G you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

This farm house is located near San Gimignano, a Tuscan town unique for its towered skyline.

San Gimignano lies in a strategic position, within easy reach of two art cities, Siena and Florence , as well as Volterra with its Etruscan marvels and Colle Val d'Elsa with its artistic glass.

At the farm house there is a wine and olive oil production. The farm produces: Vernaccia di San Gimignano, a very traditional white wine, Chianti, a wonderfully full-bodied red and Vinsanto, a delicious fortified wine with a velvety and intense flavour. The extra-virgin olive oil is made with traditional methods. You can enjoy these delights, together with seasonal fruit and vegetables, in the farm restaurant which is reserved to guests and only open on request.

At the farm you will be able to borrow mountain bikes, as well as use a barbecue area in the garden.

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan countryside and of the towers of San Gimignano. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The ceiling of the living room is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include two single divan beds. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. There is a table to seat five guests. The kitchen has two large panoramic windows with a view of the countryside.

The ceiling of the bedroom is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a large panoramic window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

  This vacation rental far surpassed my expectations. The property and views are outstanding and the pool is stunning. This place is peaceful and secluded and surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The restaurant coming into the community was excellent and very romantic. Although reviews of the bathroom said the shower was small, my husband and I had no problems and we are both large people. This particular apartment is in its own building and is more like a small cottage than an apartment. Although there were other guests on the property, we did not encouter eachother much and each apartment was secluded from the rest. We were very happy that we chose the apartment with air conditioning as it was very hot in Tuscany the week we were there. This location was ideal for travelling to cities around Tuscany, but the jewel was right across the valley in San Gimignano, which we could see from our windows. Absolutely amazing spot...you will never regret having chosen it!
