Property for exclusive use

An ageless country house measuring 400 sq.m. enjoying a wonderful view with a large garden and private swimming pool. The accommodation welcomes 20 guests in 8 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 1 double sofa bed and 2 additional single beds. A furnished annex, by the pool, becomes a distinctive kitchen in the summer. The furnishing renders the interiors welcoming and refined with all amenities. The whole property is suitable for a group of friends or large families.

External Area and Swimming Pool

Totally immersed in the greenery of a large garden and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa enjoys a stunning view of the sweet hills nearby. The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 4 metres and a depth going from 1.15 to 1.70m, is found in a sheltered spot with a solarium terrace over a sweeping landscape and furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds and a shower, just next to the annexe with a kitchen, tables and cutlery where to spend whole days outdoors. The villa is reached through a grand iron gate which opens upon a gravel car park to leave your car close to the main entrance.

On the ground floor there is a large living room furnished with sofas, armchairs and satellite TV, WC (with double basins). Going up 2 steps, you find a second living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with central island unit, the dining room, and 1 twin bedroom with double sofa bed and private bathroom with shower. Going down 5 steps, you find 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with extra single bed, each with its own bathroom with shower. The first floor is reached through a large winding stairway where there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bath tub and basin and a separate WC with bidet in a separate room. Another wing of the first floor is reached through an outdoor stairway with a covered loggia, where guests will find 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with additional single bed, each with its own bathroom with shower.

Villa Arnilù is in a scenic location in the typical rolling hills amongst vineyards and olive trees overlooking the characteristic towers of the ancient medieval town of San Gimignano.
