This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and spa like bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom. This unit has a large terrace with BBQ and outdoor sink that connects from the living room to the master bedroom. *CDC Cleaning standards.

*Please notice that the showers are spa-like bath tubs just for decorative purposes but ARE NOT meant to be filled up.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
