This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and spa like bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom. This unit has a large terrace with BBQ and outdoor sink that connects from the living room to the master bedroom.

There is a shared outdoor entertaining area which includes BBQ grills, a large palapa with a sink, mini fridge, and ice maker, an infinity edge pool with a swim up bar and lots of patio space to relax by the pool.

The community of El Encanto is located only 5 miles from the new Puerto Los Cabos Marina in San Jose del Cabo, approximately 15 minut...es east along the Sea of Cortez from downtown San Jose del Cabo, only 30 minutes from the Los Cabos international airport, and approximately 35 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas.

The area of La Laguna is very pristine and the community of El Encanto de La Laguna is a boutique, beachfront, quiet community that is architecturally stunning. If you have envisioned a desolate white sand beach with no one on it, palm trees gently moving to the sound of the sea, crystal clear skies, the warm Cabo sun, and nothing but turquoise water as the backdrop to your perfect getaway, welcome ! El Encanto de La Laguna and the area known as La Laguna is for those that really want to get away, relax, let their worries melt away with the beautiful scenery and simply enjoy their family and friends.

You will not find the typical tourist traps, beach vendors, traffic, and the such. Here you will find on occasion a cattle traffic jam, maybe too much salt on the margarita glass, or possibly a salsa that is just a bit too spicy for you. We try to keep the stress level to a minimal and the relaxation and fun level to a maximum.

Just outside of the front gates of El Encanto one will find the landmark restaurant Buzzards Bar and Grill, where you can get a margarita and some fish tacos or enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito.

  1. Rent this luxurious, peacefully quiet condo with breathtaking ocean views.
  2. Sit on one of the lounges on your spacious deck and watch the whales frolicking in the sea for an hour.
  3. Take a 2 minutes stroll down to the sparkling infinity pool, margarita in hand.
  4. Ask your eager to please, always smiling concierge, Allilat, to arrange for a massage in your suite.
  5.If you have the energy left over after all that, perhaps a private chef for the evening might cap off the day.
  Ahhh...life is hard!

  A little slice of heaven at El Encanto

  We took our family for the first week of the new year. Our flight arrived later then check-in and Maria had the condo ready to go when we arrived. The Condo is spectacular! An elevator conveniently takes you up to the third floor. Once inside, the views of this corner unit are breath-taking. My husband and I had the corner MBR that had the wrap around patio outside. We slept with the sliders open to hear the sound of the water below. We found ourselves up when the sun was rising drinking coffee on the double lounger in complete privacy i awe of the 180 degree view from Punta Gorda to Punta Palmilla and watching the sun set and looking at the stars with our kids when we would get back from dinner in the evenings. On New Years Eve we were lucky to be able to see the 5 fireworks displays going on at all of the hotels towards the Palmilla. We met so many nice people at the beach who owned homes. We are building next door at PLC so wanted to get a feel for the neighborhood. Had a lunch and a dinner at Buzzards. It's a bit of a wait once you order but the food will come piping hot! I suggest the cheese enchilada which you can easily split. The Tortilla soup is yummy to. The only negative we would have of El Encanto is that you must be ready to drive a bumpy road (5 miles each way to downtown San Jose del Cabo so strongly suggest renting an SUV), but you will truly feel like you have found a hidden paradise once you arrive. The security guys at the gate always have a smile on their face when they see you. The pool had a few people when we went down, but spent most of the time at the beach. We were about 10 minutes to Flora Farms, our favorite place to eat when we come to San Jose, so went to dinner a couple of times and had an amazing brunch on Sunday. We went to the Container for breakfast near the dolphin quest at PLC. Although it has a nice view of the Marina, it was not Flora Farms!!!
  We would highly recommend El Encanto, if you are looking for an enchanting vacation.

  Lovely relaxed high end private condo overlooking the Sea of Cor

  If you want a luxurious private condo in a quiet setting, this is the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent many hours on the gorgeous terrace watching the whales, dolphin, manta rays go by. Two two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, high end furnishings and fixtures throughout made our vacation with another couple so relaxing. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. Maria was super responsive to any needs or questions we had and always provided excellent recommendations for restaurants etc. Only 15 minutes drive to the Mega grocery store and all amenities of San Jose del Cabo. We enjoyed walking to the local Buzzards restaurant and bar for margaritas and then a nice walk along the beach back. The perfect spot to lay back in a gorgeous environment.
