Endless ocean views from this hilltop 2 bedroom, fully equipped condo. Recently updated kitchen, furnishings. Beach is 5 minute walk. Small 16 unit complex with pool and patio area. Unit is on top floor with two patio decks from which to soak up the view and ocean breezes.
Two condos available No 7 and No 2. Both top floors, both with recent updates (Dec 2012) same view, similar furnishings in Costa Azul Condominiums. All amenities are nearby. Condo has laundry, TV/DVD. Large grocer is 15 min walk; restaurants, buses, 5 mins. BUDGET conscious value for a super location AND THAT HARD TO BEAT GLORIOUS OCEAN VIEW.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The location of this condo was perfect for us. The convenience of the Mega store and the Returno close by was a plus for us. We were in San Jose del Cabo for one week for our son's wedding. Everyone else stayed in resorts along the corridor. Having to drive past the resorts each time to a returno was very inconvenient. We liked the authentic experience of this condo and hope to return in the future :)

Really loved our stay here. The view is amazing both in the day and at night with a full moon. We were not here for vacation but for work so stayed January through March. Had the opportunity to stay in two different units. One more updated and the other more dated and could do with some upgrading, but a great place to stay anyway. Shona is fabulous. Very helpful and promptly returns emails. The beach is across the road so it is a short walk under the main road to one of the hotels and onto the beach. The walk home is up the driveway which is a good little workout. :-) We met lovely people there and would recommend staying here.

Amazing view from any of the apartments available. It takes just over 5 min. to walk to the beach which is just across the road. Shona was very prompt at returning emails and very available during our stay. The apartment was in great condition with aC, towels, and all the rest you might need during your stay.

Stayed 5 days, wish we would have stayed longer. The condo is very nice, right across from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing at night. During the day there is noise from the high way. The owner picked us up at the airport and brought us back so no need to have a car. The walk into the "business area" of the city was a bit long, but not bad. Resturants are near, a few are over priced like Zippers. But again the owner showed us nice less expensive ones close to the condo.
