On-site - lounge in one of the three heated pools, three Jacuzzis & pool bar pools, or simply amble across the street to the beautiful white sand beach and sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean. Modano Beach is world famous, as are many other beaches in the area, such as the secluded and picturesque Lover's Beach, near Cabo San Lucas. Surf from a beautiful beach with a surf instructor that can give you some pointers and stay by your side as you surf and/or boogie board.
With clear warm waters there are great SCUBA diving opportunities. Guided scuba diving tours and scuba diving instruction and snorkeling are all available. The water can be exceptionally clear from June to November with visibility reaching a hundred feet. Seasonally there are some fantastic marine mammals such as whale sharks, giant mantas, migrating whales, sea lions, sharks, huge schools of game fish, many varieties of tropical fish and so much more!

What a great place to stay. We have stayed here several times and return because it is sooo comfortable and relaxing. We always rent to SUV so we can pick up groceries at Costco closer to CSL but if you dont want to rent it, it is easy to pick up food at Mega and take a taxi home or even walk. Everything is close by. Great restaurants, many owned by Canadians. Great shopping, beautiful beach close by and golfing. Reasonably priced and clean, well equiped in the kitchen and lots of linens and a washer and dryer. We love this part of Mexico. You will too!

Our family of five had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this lovely condo over the Christmas Holidays. The property was clean and well maintained, it had everything we needed and more. We did a lot of walking and always felt safe where ever we went. Los Cabos is such a lovely town. The property owner Peggy and the property manager George were very helpful in answering all of our questions before our trip and while we were there. We would definety recommend this property to friends/family and we hope to return in the future.

This 2 floor condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenagers were able to get up and down the spiral staircase with ease but any senior traveler may find them difficult. Outside decks were great to eat breakfasts and dinners and star gaze in the evening. The kitchen was well supplied, lacking nothing if you decided to cook in. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurants and groceries were walking distance and the use of the car was a real asset for swimming beaches and sightseeing.
Can't say there was anything I disliked. The sun, sand and sights were absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. -

Bright cheerful condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was our 3rd stay in this condo. We always rent the vehicle for the first week. It makes it easy to shop and travel to Cabo San Lucas for a day or so. There are two great decks, satelite TV, a computer, a safe, 3 pools to choose from and it is safe and very quiet. We love going here and we feel at home. Hope to stay there again next year. Enjoy your stay.

It is a lovely condo located on the Mayan Golf Course, in a gated community. The unit is well laid out and all the amenities were in the kitchen. Having a washer, dryer, air conditioning and a loaner SUV were a big plus. there is also a computer (with internet).The location to the course & to San Jose is great. It is a 25 minute walk to the town centre. Also, having a manager to contact via phone or internet is a bonus. Being golfers, a minor drawback was a big tree in front of the unit, which obscures most of the tee-box & denies you the ability to critique everyone elses swing.

A nice unit that is well equiped. I recommend a vehicle. Good security and well maintained. Unit is on third floor so if you have health issues this might be a condsideration. Very quiet and nice location. Photo's are accurate depiction

Peggy made the whole experience for us, as first time travelers to San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas mch smother than it could have been.
From the beginning she sent suggestion sheets that made getting from the airport to the condo and back pleasant and easy. And everything else was there in the information sheets so we didn't have any questions that weren't already answered before we got there.
The condo is beautiful. The balcony over looks the gulf course and the pools. And it was quite. we could go into Cabo San Lucas for the evening, have a great time and then go back to the condo or a quite night and morning. The food in San Jose We thought was better than most places in Cabo and at a better price.
I like the quite breakfasts on the balcony, and the convinces around the Condo best. It really made for a relaxing vacation. I did think the pool in the second phase was a little small, And that the ocean wasn't as close as I wanted to it be. But even so I want to go back! -

We had a wonderful two-week Christmas get-away in the Baja and thoroughly enjoyed this charming, well-equipped condo. The condo is a 5-minute walk through a golf course to "gold sand" beach, as we call it - perfect for boogie boarding or stroll for miles and watch the flying manta rays and, if you are lucky like we were, encounter a baby turtle making it's way out to sea! The condo is minutes from a modern Mega supermarket, where we stocked up on fresh seafood and produce and made use of the well-equipped kitchen. The charming colonial town of San Jose is less than 2 miles away and has many excellent restaurants and an abundance of artist studios and shops. The condo iself is colourfully decorated with Mexican pottery, paintings and metalwork. Each of the two floors of this unit has a balcony overlooking the golf-course and a cactus garden, which attracts many colourful birds. The condo is a perfect base from which to explore the popular swimming and snorkelling beaches in the area. The on-site property managers were very friendly and helpful, directing us to all the local amenities and even coming to our aid when the airline misplaced our luggage.
We would defintiely stay at Club La Costa again and would recommend it to others.
What we liked about this condo was that it didn't feel like a hotel, but rather like someone's vacation home. Which it is! -

The condo was very nice, excellent location, we rented the car but could easily have managed without it. Our only complaint is that the water pressure was very low expecially on the second floor. Never really had a refreshing shower. We would definately rent this condo again. It had everything we needed.

This was a very nice condo and it had all the immenities that one needs. Having been to Mexico numerous times this condo made the holiday very enjoyable. Having the vehicle was an added bonus as we got to see alot of the Baja.The condo was secured very well and it felt very safe. The grounds people were lovely and kept everything clean and watered.
