Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with marble countertops and travertine shower work. Bedrooms are equipped with new, comfortable queen size beds. Our accommodations were suitable for both my wife and I, despite the fact we have opposite requirements for a pleasant vacation.. She enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the option of having all the sun her little body desired with the roof top patio.. I on the other hand preferred the spacious shaded courtyard outside our unit to just relax in, reading and enjoying the ambience of palm trees,waterfall, lots of green vegetation and most important to me, having "complete privacy".. Being centrally located afforded us the opportunity to be virtually anywhere within 10-15 minute walk to eating establishments,church,bar,beach,groceries,Walmart,bus and liquor store.
The unit was clean,spacious,functional, bright,well furnished and was quite comfortable even having friends and family joining us for a few weeks.It was great to have satellite T.V. and most important, internet connection to keep in contact with friends and family.
Our host Don was the most accommodating person we have ever dealt with in over 20 years of vacationing in the Baja, and needless to say we are looking forward to not only renewing our friendship with him and his family next year, but also keeping in shape walking Rusty, -

Loved our stay Casa de Suenos. Don is such a charming and sweet host. The accommodations surpassed our expectations - very comfortable, open airy, california modern. Almost spa like. And Rusty, Don's dog is a such a sweet heart, you'll want to take the both of them home with you.

This was our first time in Cabo and we truly had a fantastic trip. And I must say that it was this house, and the manager of the property - Don, who ensured our trip's success.
First off, Don is truly a wonderful host and really knows the inns and outs of making a rental property work. The house is very well put together, it really couldn't have been better. He has really thought of everything - from wine openers to coffee filters - we were impressed. And Don was kind enough to arrange a very cheap car rental for us, so we weren't bound by the walking radius around the house.
So all we had to do is worry about going to the beach (about 10 minute walk to the closest one), exploring both San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, and planning our day trips.
Again, Don't was a great help in pointing us in the right direction of where to go. He knows so much and his recommendations and local knowledge really helped us to hit some top spots and restaurants.
We all look forward to coming back very very much! -

From the minute we arrived, we knew that this place was enchanting. Every hour, and every day we stayed at this wonderful place, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The entire place is clean and well maintained, with very beautiful colours, and tastefully designed colonial style architecture. The beds were very comfortable. Unlike the typical concrete slabs with a mattress on top that we've experienced in other parts of México, they have actual beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a large shower.
All the amenities are there. From the infinity edge pool with hot tub and waterfall, a large gas bbq grille, outdoor eating area with a waterfall feature, air conditioning, parking, satellite tv, high speed internet, to coolers and beach bags to take to the beach for the day. They've thought of every need for a worry free and enjoyable stay.
The location is within a short walk to the Historic Center of San José. Also within a short drive is Mega, a large grocery store, for our groceries for each day's meal preparation. The local bus stops within a couple blocks, and will take you for less than 10 pesos to Mega or downtown. From the roof top you have a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and the major hotels. Located between the golf course and along a very well lit street, we always felt very safe. Families with young children can feel relaxed and safe within the property walls, without feeling 'fenced in'. The owner gave no shortage of advice on where to visit, what special celebrations were happening at the time, and when not to travel by car on poorly lit highways. He also hooked us up with car rentals, and generally knew the road conditions around San José.
It is the best way to travel to a foreign country without having to stay in a hotel. This place offers a residential setting, serenity, peace and quiet and flexibility without breaking the bank. We have already recommended this place to all our friends, and will definitely come back again, and again.

We loved this place. It is absolutely beautiful. The pool, the condo, the house, all amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable about the area. Short walk to local restaurants/shops. Cabo is a bus ride/cab ride away. Would highly recommend to friends/family! Thanks for the memories.

This is a beautiful place! It is a brand new build, so everything is immaculate and finished to a high spec. San Jose Del Cabo is a perfect location for a destination wedding or reunion and this house is perfect place for a large group to stay or be entertained. It's right on the golf course, looks out at the ocean and has a swim-up pool bar. What more could you ask for?! I know we will definitely be back.

This vacation property was brand new and very spacious. We stayed in one of the two bedroom condos which was connected by a foyer. It was in driving distance from San Jose and Cabo. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a great place to vacation in San Jose Del Cabo check out this condo! Great amenities, located on a golf resort, and close to the ocean. I can't wait for my next trip to Cabo and I will be staying at this property again! Down Town San Jose Del Cabo has shopping and fabulous restaurants.

This place has it all. Its so clean and spaceous. The beds are comfortable & the views are breathtaking! The swim up bar in the beautiful infinity pool is a nice touch as well. This place is centrally located, so you are right in the heart of everything. I cant wait to come back!

This is a very nice, new place that could accommodate a host of people. Great place for a reunion or destination wedding. Pool outdoor bar area is immaculate and view of golf course and ocean. The place has it's own friggen elavator!, and this is a house not some apartment. 20 minutes to airport. Central to all that Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo have to offer. Close to grocery stores and restaurants but far enough away from clubs not to be annoying. Cabo itself is getting kind of crowded and dumpy so I like San Jose Del Cabo or the Corridor these days.

I love the views from every angle; whether your taking in the ocean view from the rooftop terrace or just relaxing on the verranda at sunset, you'll enjoy it! I loved playing the golf course, too. This place has easy accesibility to all of the hottest dining and stores that Cabo has to offer. Not to mention this is one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. I can't tell you how special this was for my wife and I! You'll love it!

Our stay at the condo couldn't have been any better. We had the trip of a lifetime and appreciated the elegance that these condos had to offer. Incredible golfing with the ocean just steps away. Well worth the price and the views are beautiful. 3rd trip to Cabo and this was the best one yet!

This condo is breathtaking! My wife and I were in shock the entire time with how beautiful the entire place was. The balconies, the pool, the roof deck! Sitting on the roof deck, looking out to the Sea Of Cortez was one our favorite memories of the trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to pamper themselves in San Jose!

This was a fabulous condo!! We loved every minute of our stay in San Jose del Cabo. The condo is beautiful, well furnished and equipped with all amenities.
The location is fantastic. We did not need a car because it is close to downtown San Jose and to the beach. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants convenience, privacy and luxury at a very affordable price. Can't way to return next winter!!!

We stayed for ten days in april, the property is super clean, very comfortable beds, very cozy for the family or singles. The pool area is very relaxing with nice views of the ocean. The resident owner is extremely helpful with lots of local knowledge. Will be back again next year.
