50% of rental amount due upon reservation. Remaining 50% of rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable (but are transferable upon rescheduling per below) unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same period of time, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule 30 days or more prior to your arrival date (60 days for Christmas, New Years Eve and spring break rentals), with the same number of nights for travel within one year of the original arrival date, subject to a 10% rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and price increases, and the nightly rate is based on the new reservation dates.
