The property itself is very well maintained, with a great pool, and great amenities. The location is very private. The view is truly amazing.

Villa Vista del Mar is a wonderful villa with ocean views and a stellar pool. In regards to the 2-Star rating for the Check-In service, the private driver from the airport had difficulty locating the villa. However, updated maps of the region have resolved this issue for future vacationers.

Villa Vista Del Mar is an absolutely beautiful house that overlooks Zippers and Old Man's. The layout of the house is perfect with lot's of privacy as well as well thought out common areas around the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the items you need to cook at home, or you could hop across the street to 7 Seas at the Cabo Surf Hotel overlooking the water. Working with Cabo Villas and our agent Nik Reyes was an absolute cinch. We had everything we needed, and everything went so smooth. The security at Querrencia was amazing, and they were so friendly. I would highly reccomend this property and this agency to work with for your trip to Cabo. We had a great time!

The staff was friendly and helpful from the very beginning of our time in Mexico. The Villa is well laid out for a group and has a large main gathering space. Every room has access to the patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. I really loved the seperate quarters on the top floor. This room has an en suite kitchennette and a spacious rooftop patio with an outdoor seating area for 10 people and a wet bar and entertainment area. The entire house is great for entertaining or relaxing in peace and enjoying the seclusion of the hillside property. This is a real find, and I look forward to returning soon!
