This beachfront property is hands down one of the best places we have stayed. With 8 adults and one infant the house and area met all our needs. From the fully stocked house, sparkling pool, to the beach chairs/umbrella that were available we wanted for nothing. Although there was construction next door it did not bother us in the least. The workers were very respectful of our privacy. The staff was great, friendly, and courteous. Look forward to going back soon.

This home has all the ammenities and is very well maintained. It's in a very secure, upscale gated community. We've vacationed at other beachfront homes in other cities in Mexico (e.g. Ixtapa, Playa del Carmen, Cancun), but enjoyed this the most. The town of San Jose del Cabo is quiet, with many great restaurant choices with outdoor seating-just what we were looking for. The home is about 10-15 minutes from town, so I recommend a rental car. We used a Matter Of Taste, private chef service for breakfasts-and were very happy with the service and meals. Thanks to Dustin and Earth Sea and Sky Vacations for their recommendations and help planning a great holiday vacation.

villa maya is fabulous. my parents, sister and i rented it for the christmas holiday. the house is beautiful and luxuriously appointed, and, best of all, it has beach access! (though not safe for swimming.) the grill and pool area is spacious, and the terrace next to the upstairs bedrooms are perfect for soaking in the sun. the only detriment was the location: the villa is fifteen minutes east of san jose del cabo towards the east cape. all in all, however, it was a great vacation villa. i will definitely stay here again!!
