We are located in the Costa Azul surfing area of San Jose del Cabo and have an excellent view of the surfing beaches. The neighborhood is very quiet and we are in a gated area of 3 homes with ample parking for our guests. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach and to Zipper's restaurant and there is also parking in the beach area if one prefers to drive.

This is a beautiful house with an amazing view! I loved waking up every morning to see the pool---ocean---sunrise and not have to even lift my head off the pillow! The house was a perfect size for the 7 of us!
We loved walking down to the beach everyday. It was unlike Cabo(crowded beaches), you could walk on the beach and only see a few people.
Our favorite thing to do was to sit by the pool and watch the surfers surf, paddle boarders paddle and the whales putting on a show!
If you want to relax and have your own private house(fully equipped) then this is the house for you! Peter and Maxine live right behind the house but you'd never know they were there. They gave us privacy and helped us learn about San Jose when we inquired! -

We spent 10 lovely days in his home overlooking the Sea Of Cortez. When we arrived Maxine and Peter had a chef preparing us fresh salsas and Margaritas. Beautiful spacious clean home.

We stayed for four weeks at the Villa and enjoyed it immensely. Maxine and Peter made us very welcome and the house was everything that we had hoped.
It is just a short drive to get into town and shopping and we really enjoyed the galleries and restaurants.
I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay - the house is so comfortable and private and the pool and hot tub are absolutely fantastic.
We did enjoy the drive into Cabo San Lucas and we also went up to Todo Santos for lunch in the Hotel California.
Mostly we just had some great down time at the Villa barbequing and enjoying life.
Villa Paloma Blanca has spoiled us for anything less!!

We had the best vacation ever ! The pictures of the Villa are great , but the real thing is even better . Peter and Maxine were very helpful on finding Gym eats and shopping . They also are very courtous on giving you your own space to enjoy your privacy . We will be booking for next yr for sure .

This wasn't a couples rental for us. It was a "guys family reunion" . Two older brothers and two younger brothers. We rented the house and went fishing 3 of the 7 days we were there. In between, we used the pool, explored the area and just relaxed.
Everything about this house is exactly as the owners depict in their post. The pictures are accurate and not orchestrated in the slightest. Very comfortable accommodations with just about every accessory you would want -- plenty of towels for the pool, all appliances, a good selection of cooking utensils and pots and pans, two fridges, and a pantry/utility room with washer/dryer and a small stash of useful odds and ends that other travelers didn't take home with them (sunscreen, some beverages, spices, etc.). A great outdoor barbecue and dining table. Free phone service back to the states -- worked just fine. No bugs or critters and amazingly, no screens. All in all, a very comfortable place with two large bedrooms and smaller one with two twin beds. Tv's in every room, except the kitchen.
Our recommendation is that you have a car if you are renting this house. On the con side (not any show stoppers here) -- the road leading to the house is short, but it's only partially paved and a little rough in some spots. Be prepared to go real slow for a few hundred feet. Internet service seemed to be intermittent, although it was available most of the time. When it was available, it was just fine.
One other nice thing is that the owners live right next door. They were extremely responsive if we had any questions or anything arose (the fridge needed a repair and was fixed in short order). Maxine and Peter, the owners, were very respectful of our privacy, but at the same time provided answers to questions whenever they arose.
This is an excellent choice for a luxury accommodation with the feel of being "at home". -

We were in awe of the view, the villa was very nice and so was the surrounding garden. We stayed by the pool and relaxed and enjoyed the view most of the days. We even saw whales one day! What a great place especially if you want to just sit back and relax. It was nice and close to the aiport and to San Jose del Cabo where we went several times for dinner and just to walk around a very nice quaint and clean town. Also just a short walk to the beach. Maxine and Peter were very nice and were close by if you had any questions. The beds were very comfortable, usually I miss my bed at home but not this vacation! We didn't want to leave...the villa has everything you can think of to make your stay wonderful.

We stayed at the beautiful Villa Paloma Blanca for 12 days and absolutely loved our time there. The villa offers the most incredible unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez. (exactly as in the pictures) We saw whales (even though it was the last week of the whale season) right from our lounge chair almost every morning and watched the surfers at Zippers everyday. It was wonderful to start our day waking to a beautiful sunrise, stepping outside our bedroom door to swim in the pool and soaking up some morning sun on the comfortable loungers! The villa is very spacious and comfortable, filled with beautiful artwork and original paintings, and with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The grounds are meticulously maintained and have a myriad of art, flowers and plants, inviting hummingbirds to visit everyday. It is located very close to San Jose for shopping and we found everything we needed at the Mega store. There are lots of restaurants in the area and the soft sandy stretch of beach below the villa is gorgeous to walk along. San Lucas is 20 minutes away and offers a much more lively atmosphere and tours if you want that on occasion. If you're looking for peaceful privacy then this villa is the ideal location. Lying in bed at night and hearing the waves crash on the beach was amazing. There are no neighbors to the front or sides. Maxine and Peter live directly behind the villa and are perfect hosts, very helpful and totally respectful of your privacy. We would recommend this property in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a little piece of paradise and quiet relaxation. We definitely would choose to stay at Villa Paloma Blanca again if in San Jose del Cabo. Thank you Maxine and Peter for providing such a wonderful place for us to vacation.

Oh Goodness, where to begin? From the moment we passed through the front gate we felt a sense of serenity wash over us. Privacy, tranquility, and beauty are just a few words to describe this properties' attributes. The house is elegant yet very comfortable. Beautiful landscaping around the home, and a bright, open concept within. We were amazed when we stepped through the main living space to see the entire front of the home was glass panels which open right up to lead us onto a large private pool, hot tub, and deck area which looks right out over the ocean. Absolutely breathtaking!
I saw whales while I was washing dishes in the kitchen!
This space is lovely for two, but also would be great for two or three couples.
Our hosts where there if we needed anything, but we rarely saw them as everything we needed was there!
We can't wait to go back! -

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Paloma Blanca. From the moment we walked in the door, we were in love! The view is endless - blue, blue, blue: pool, ocean and sky - instantly relaxing. While a car is needed to get to the "heart" cabo, we were perfectly content here, venturing out to the local sights and restaurants as the moment struck us. This house is a perfect oasis and had everything we needed. Its not just the basics - it has beatiful art, plentiful linnens and towels, and a very well stocked kitchen. Everything has been thought of: gadgets, cookware, small appliances and serving items - there was no need to improvise - all we needed was the groceries!
I'll be packng the swimsuits and going back again! -
