Villa Paraiso is an elegant seven thousand square foot Mediterranean villa located in the private gated community of Punta Bella,just outside San Jose del Cabo. This villa sits atop a windswept bluff, displaying sprawling views of the distant shoreline, oceansurf, rock-strewn tide pools and neighboring Desert Mountains. Beautiful large palm trees frame Villa Paraiso with vibrant flowering plants accenting the lovely hillside. The large swimming pool adorned with matching dolphin fountains offer built in seats for guests to admire the white sandy beach and waters of the Sea of Cortez. A long front walkway presents lush views of tropical vegeta...tion in hedged courtyard gardens where coconut and other exotic palms give you enjoyable shade.

Enjoy spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez, rocky tide pools, and the surrounding desert mountains from the poolside deck. The heated pool, with swim-up seats and twin dolphin fountains, is dramatically terraced over the hillside.

Majestic cantera stone columns outline the shaded porches of the outdoor cantina. palms and hibiscus abound.There are two outdoor dining areas. Inside, high vaulted ceilings, skylights and minimal window treatments allow wrap around views as bright sunshine fills each room .

Natural materials, such as Guadalajaran marble, mahogany doors, Art de Mexico furnishings, and cantera stone & glass tables are found throughout.

The spacious floor plan features four bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The large Master Suite and Guest Suite have balconies that open onto the pool and ocean. The Master Suite has one king bed; the other Guest Suites have King beds; and bedroom five has two queen beds.

A billiard room and bar are surrounded by French doors that open to the pool area. Air-conditioning with individual controls is in all rooms. A long corridor offers lush views of tropical vegetation in the walled courtyard, where exotic palms and hibiscus abound. There is a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances, like a commercial-grade Viking stove and sub-zero refrigeration - even a cappuccino machine.

Of course, the house is equipped with telephone and fax service. A full-time maid and groundskeeper are on staff.
