downtown Santa Ana, 2km from Hospital Cima, 10km center San Jose and
11km from San Jose's International airport.
This private and convenient house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a
double garage, an interior pool, a sauna, BBQ, garden space,
washer/dryer and full time maid service.
The house sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom offers a queen bed,

Santa Ana is very popular with foreigners—it’s a place that has developed very quickly, converting into one of the most modern cities of Costa Rica. It has an abundance of facilities and services for all types of travelers including shopping malls, restaurants, stores, banks, pharmacies, and Costa Rica’s largest mall, MultiPlaza. It is located within close proximity to Price Smart and Office Depot and the world-class CIMA Hospital Medical Tower. In addition there are two golf courses nearby. The food court mall, Momentum, has some of the best restaurants in the country and throughout the area you can find numerous excellent restaurants. Find recommendations below: Eskazu Taj MaJal. This burst of Northern Indian flavor is such a rarity in Central America that we can overlook the slightly less-than-factual claim that the restaurant is the isthmus's only such option. The suburban mansion went through a few dining incarnations before Taj Mahal became a hit in 2003. Richly swathed in warm fuchsias, red ochres, and golds, the dining area sprawls through a handful of small, intimate rooms out to an outdoor gazebo in the tree-covered backyard. The price-to-portion size is a little high, particularly for North Americans used to good, cheap Indian food, but the sharp Tandoori dishes, curries, and biryanis are a welcome vacation from ubiquitous European and American fare.

We planned a family reunion and found this place. It was perfect for all of us since some of us are adventurers and wanted to do local zip lines and night life. Our accommodations were beautiful and relaxing. I spent most of my week close to home (or my home away from home) but did take a day trip to the jungle and the Butterfly Gardens. Each night we all came back together in our vacation home and it really made the reunion a success. The only "con" that I could report is that the birds wake up before I do. This rental was worth the reasonable rental and is a vacation all in itself.

We travelled to Costa Rica in a large group with everybody having different reasons for travelling and different daily activities. This house was great and worked for everybody. We all fit comfortably, really enjoyed the pool and cooking and eating at the house. It was close enough for everybody to get where they needed too and was definitely worth the price. The internet worked well all the time, the sofas were comfortable to lounge around on, the pool was clean, the daily maid service was super, the sauna was a fun addition... it was a great place that we all enjoyed.

J'étais allé au costa rica en mode 'backpack' en 2006 et j'avais adoré le pays. L'année dernière nous avons décidé d'y séjourner à 3 couples d'amis. La location d'une maison prêt de San José semblait une bonne idée. A partir de là vous êtes à 1h30 ou 2h des 2 océans !
La première semaine, nous avons donc décidé de louer une villa dans les environs de San José. La maison était incroyable. Avec sa piscine centrale, cette immense villa située dans une propriété fermée est un endroit idéal comme pied-à-terre pour préparer ses escapdes journalière. On est à 20 minutes du centre ville en voiture et à quelques minutes de centre commerciaux pour faire ses courses.
La maison est très bien équipée même si la cuisine fait un peu rustique. Et pour un groupe d'amis, le prix de revient est vraiment très bon. -

My girlfriend and I love to travel when we can because we both are on such busy schedules that sometimes it is nice to just take that break. We usually do not travel too far away but last year we talked about places we would like to visit and Costa Rica came up as the decision. We chose this destination mainly because of our close friends and family telling us how beautiful the scenery is. This definitely holds to be true!
So anyway, we did our research before like we usually do and found this house for weekly rental which was perfect. I have been having bad experiences with hotel stays so I thought staying in an actual home would be nice. Plus it was a Costa Rica home and it looked amazing.
Once we arrived at the house, it was just as beautiful as the pictures. The house was very open with a great floor concept, spacious, great lighting, an amazing pool, all of the amenities were included, furniture was comfortable, and everything just made us feel at home. The house is located in a perfect location close to the shopping mall where we spent a lot of time finding gifts to bring back home. The hospital was extremely close but thankfully we didn't have to go there for anything. Restaurants in the surrounding area served amazing Costa Rican food and was actually our first time trying most dishes.
Overall the trip would not have been this great without staying at this gorgeous home. I would definitely come back here again and highly suggest it to anyone who is traveling to the San Jose area. For paying $1,500 for the week, it was definitely well worth it and beats any hotel around. Thank you so much for making our trip comfortable and wonderful! -

Decidimos fazer uma viagem com um grupo de amigos para San Jose e depois de pesquisarmos criteriosamente, decidimos alugar esta casa.
Além de a casa ser muito ampla, com muitas acomodações, quartos bem arrumados e limpos, fora o acabamento dos cômodos da casa que são excelentes.
A piscina foi uma atracão a parte onde todos pudemos nos divertir e passar boa parte do dia.
Outro ponto positivo é que a casa tem toda a infra estrutura necessária para que você se sinta em casa, como internet, tv, ar condicionado, eletrodomésticos e serviço de limpeza que foi sensacional.
A casa é bem segura e fica bem localizada na cidade, perto das principais atrações, restaurantes e perto do shopping.
Nós praticamente nem precisávamos ter saído da casa, porque lá tem tudo, mas resolvemos sair pois San Jose tem uma vida noturna bem agitada. Fomos ao bar El Observatorio, que indicamos a conhecerem, bem diferente de qualquer coisa que temos no Brasil.

Our family traveled to Costa Rica this past February and decided we would rather have a home to stay in for the week rather than a resort hotel. It was the best decision that we made. The house was breath-takingly beautiful. The floors were tiled and it was all open and airy. I would not suggest the house if you have young children because of the open floor plan and the pool in the middle of the house. We had our 7 year old with us and we made sure to block the way to the pool at night to make sure he didn't accidently fall in.
The house came with all of the amenities you could need. One exit away from the house on the highway is a large area with grocery shops, fast food restaurants, etc. We went to two different shops in that area...we preferred auto Mercado because they had more american products but still all of the local products.
There was daily maid service and she always did a wonderful job. She even folded my laundry after I had put it in the dryer...which I wasn't expecting. The house is very secure. It is in a gated community and there is no way for anyone to get into the house. The only thing that could improve it would be the internet situation. The wireless didn't work so we have to plug it directly into the phone line. Which my son couldn't understand why he couldn't move around with the computer.
The location was very easy to get to places in San Jose and also to leave town to go on day trips. We will definitely use the same house the next time we travel to Costa Rica. -

La Casa Peces nos parecio una buena opcion para el visitante de Costa Rica que tiene como fin disfrutar de una Casa divertida y cercana a muchas atracciones de la parte turistica y comercial de la Capital. Nuestra experiencia fue positiva en el sentido de que fuimos a jugar Golf a San Jose y estabamos cerca de tres Campos de Golf. En la noche saliamos a cenar en Santana o a Escazu y no tardabamos mas de 10 minutos en la carretera para encontrar un buen lugar. Ademas, si ubiese sido de nuestro interes ir a alguna playa, pues la Casa Peces se ubica en la autopista que te lleva a Puntarenas.
