This small cute studio has a full bed, twin futon bed, bathroom, a/c, fan, vertical drawer, 1 big closet, a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and a flat LCD TV. We are also planning to built a wooden deck where we will put a table with an umbrella and a Gas BBQ (may ask if this is done already or not).
We are very close to the beautiful beach of Ocean Park.

Let me start of by saying ana is amazing! She let's us know the best places to eat, the best places to go, and the best way to get around. We wouldn't have had half as much fun without her. The reddish unit is very private, clean, and safe. The area is full of locals and tourist. Mclearly street is full of nice restaurants and a gateway to the beach. Customer service is great, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the patio is nice to eat out on at breakfast time. Ana is so hospitable, don't waste your money on a hotel, get the real experience of Puerto rico and stay at The Reddish Unit, you'll be glad you did.

Ani the owner was wonderful. She even went out to dinner with us, discussed some great things to do while in Puerto Rico, and gave us a tour of the surrounding area.
The room is nice. Nothing fancy, but perfect for what we were looking for (inexpensive, two blocks to the beach, close to restaurants, and good launch point for our day trips).
I would stay here again if and when I go back to Puerto Rico.

The studio apt was great, nice and very clean. Its located super close to the beach and local shops. Its very affordable, and has everything you need. My only advise for travellers is bring bug spray and wear lots of sunscreen. I want to personally thank ani, i got sun burned really bad and ani tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. From taking me to the drugstore, giving me hats, umbrellas, and even aloe. Thanks again ani! Ocean park is a quiet, residential area, perfect if your looking for a relaxing vacation. Bus stops are almost in front of the door, and will take you into Old San Juan for 0.75$. This rental is a great for a budget traveller, again it was affordable, clean, and safe. It has all the amenities you will need (except a hair dryer). I hope one day to go back to Peurto Rico, and I would stay here again. Ocean Park is a quiet, residential area, so if your looking for night time entertainment you will have to ensure transportation. Condado is the next town, about a 20 min walk, and is a tourist area with lots of hotels, shops, and resturants. Ok to walk daytime, not ok to walk night time. If you want a clean, affordable and quiet stay, this is the place to be!

I remember Crystal, she was from Canada and came alone. Very nice lady. I took breakfast with her 2 times; once at Molini's Restaurant at the Loiza street and the 2nd time at Kasalta Bakery at the McLeary; hum delicious!
And remember to close the door if you dont want mosquitos to bite you
or put some repellent on!
