One word to describe this place, wow! The four of us had our travel plans disrupted due to Hurricane Sandy so we were really looking forward to San Juan. This penthouse made this trip memorable. Marcos is very friendly and nice. Had an issue but he took care of it quickly. Thx Marcos!
Easy walk to the beach and Walgreens. 5 mins walk to fast food restaurants.
The penthouse is huge and spacious. Many nights spent drinking outside on the terraces. -

The place is amazing and is even more beautiful than what the pictures show. The rooms are beautiful and decorated with a refined touch. We didn't miss anything. And Marcos was very helpful (from day 1 when we first contacted him til we left) The place is extremely clean too and peaceful.
It is a great location, only a few blocks away from the beach & 10-min drive to Old San Juan or Ocean Park beach.
