The apartment looks exactly like it is pictured just with a couple of decor changes (which makes the place look even better). Alex was helpful/quick to respond to any questions and checked us in to the apartment as soon as he could. Walmart was within driving distance and the apartment is centrally located to everything (Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde, and Isla Grande airport). There were beach chairs in the apartment which was thoughtful. Puerto Rico is an awesome island to visit because there is so much to see and do. We took a private plane to Culebra from Isla Grande airport which was very convenient because the airport was less than 2 miles from the apartment and took 30 mins to arrive to Culebra. We had friends stay in Isla Verde which was like a 7 min drive from the apartment. Parking was free! The building was clean, secure, quiet, and away from tourists. In all, this is an awesome place to stay in to relax and unwind. I actually had to brush up on my mapping skills because Google Navigation does not work in Puerto Rico... (I actually freaked out for a short moment)but i downloaded a navigation app called Route 66 and it eased things slightly. The adventures are priceless so relax you are in paradise!!!

Mi novio y yo pasamos 5 dias en Puerto Rico y este Departamento fue una excelente opcion. Alex, su propietario fue muy amable en darnos las instrucciones necesarias para ir a los diferentes puntos de la isla. Tienes todo lo necesario para pasarlo genial! solo recomendaria poner una conexion a internet, que personalmente, me hizo falta.

This apartment was located in miramar, a quiet, safe, centrally located neighborhood. We walked to the beach, took a 8 minute bus ride to old San Juan, and walked to the art museums. Awesome!!! Alex was wonderful, giving us excellent service and a locals eye. He, and the apartment exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely stay with him again

My husband and I stayed here. Alex was awesome, as others have posted he did pick us up from the airport. We asked him for info for a cab to get back to the airport and he also drove us back. That was awesome!!!Thank you. The unit is nice =) he is currently renovating his kitchen, I know once hes done with the cabinets its going to extremely worth staying here. People please keep in mind this is not a hotel!! Me and my husband walked around and enjoyed what San Juan had to offer. We ate at many different places. The little bodega downstairs is awesome for breakfast and inexpensive. If you walk out the apartment and make a left and then a right you will see the beach! it was so serene!! We went just about every day! Enjoy the stay. As for the apartment, we went and got groceries for the apartment, please keep in mind there is a stove top in the unit. The unit is clean. Have an awesome stay.

Alex was great picked us up at rental car company when we had a issue (rent from enterprise a++ ) but apartment was in great location and steps from convention center apartment was very cute and very well designed and like the security key into park and get into building and if you want public transportation it is close and I would stay here again in a heart beat was awesome and alex a great host so enjoy reading my post in his registry at apartment and other post you will not be disappointed I know we love our stay

Alex was so gracious, picking us up at the airport when we couldn't find our car rental van. He took us to the condo then to the grocery store and then to the rental co. the next day. Way more than expected. His place is so cute and clean and convenient. You can't go wrong.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. It's located in the middle of all the hot spots in San Juan. We spent most of our time in the Condado area on the strip where the resorts and condado beach were located. Rent a car if you want to see the island. I highly recommend Texas De Brazil at the Marriot across the street, very good food at a reasonable price. Alex is so helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything and guided us when we got lost finding the apartment. Fyi is you get GPS you have to type the directions in Spanish as listed in Puerto rico or it won't work for you. I plan on visiting again to the Isla de encanto very soon!
