Oceanview apartment on Ashford Avenue in the Condado Beach area. It contains 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room and dinning room and is fully furnished with a full kitchen including appliances, cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the buliding. Each floor has a separate key for the elevator and another for the stair-well which helps to ensure both security and privacy. The apartment may include a parking space for an additional fee.

Minimum age for renters. Rates are based on double occupancy. Minimum stay 4 nights. Check-In at 1pm (flexibility on demand) Check-out at 12 noon (Flexibility on demand). The place to be in downtown San Juan. The building is next to the Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. The Condado Beach is just a short block away. The finest retailers, spas, casinos, restaurants, and clubs are located within minutes by short walk, car or public transportation. is is located nearby to the Convention Center and to the Old San Juan. Walk to the beach, hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarket, shopping areas, bus stop, etc. If you like to walk, it is a one hour walk to Old San Juan or 10 minutes by car. Tours out on the island can be arranged by the concierge desk at the Marriot Hotel, next door. Wind surfing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving are all available in the metropolitan area. A cyber cafe and several gyms are within the neighborhood. Virtually any activity you'd expect at a seaside resort can be found in San Juan.

  Great location, good security, unit needed cleaning and repair

  The unit was in a great location, and had excellent security, with our own secure parking space.
  
  The unit was in need of cleaning, and it was in disrepair. The bathroom had rusted shelves, was not clean, the porcelain was coming off the tub, the shower head was filthy. There was no sponge or toilet bowl cleaner available, so I had to purchase them. Also, only one towel per guest was provided, and no washcloths--which I also had to purchase. The kitchen was in need of cleaning. Old food products in cabinets, and very dirty. Also, there was no coffee maker available. There was an espresso machine, but no regular coffee maker. The cable TV did not provide any channels that had news from the USa.
  
  Ms. Alamo was very easy to work with, but I would recommend this apartment only if somecome was hired to do a major cleaning prior to another visit.

  I am really sorry to hear at this time, that the guests were disappointed of certain aspects of the rental unit. The rental agreement states that if the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. However, the guests never informed me of their findings and therefore, I was never given the opportunity to correct any deficiencies during their stay, which I would have done immediately. I truly apologize to the guests and will send them a reimbursement for the cleaning fee. Pursuant to their comments, I already replaced the bathroom’s rusted medicine cabinet, added more towels and washcloths and had the apartment cleaned thoroughly. I am also sorry to hear that for 2 weeks they could not find any channels that had news from the USA, because channels such as NBC, FOX, CBS and many others were available. I already printed the cable company’s channel lineup and left a copy near the TV for the next guest. I am a very serious person and want my guest’s to enjoy their stay. I live close to the rental unit and can respond to any guest’s inquiry very quickly.
