Very pleasant and personal contacts with the owner. The apartment has everything as advertised and in excellent working order. The ocean view provides daily enjoyment, as does the few minutes walk to the beach. The location is much to be preferred above cramped, crowded and noisy Condado, while the distance to Old San Juan is still quite reasonable. Minor negative point: If you cannot live without airco, be prepared for a rather noisy system.
