Beautiful and modern condo in the best location in San Juan and with the best value. It has a window with view to the ocean. I

And you do not need a car because all the attractions are within walking distance including beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, and outdoors activities.

The condo is beautiful, modern, clean and safe. It is the best value in the area when compare amenities, features, location and total cost.

Bedroom

The condo has a queen size bed. The bed is updated and with comfortable memory foam mattresses.

Living

There is a High Definition TV and a Roku device with many streaming APPs like Netflix, YouTube and other. There is a high speed internet service. And there is a very confortable sofa with sitting for two.

Kitchen

The kitchen is full size with updated appliances and no just a kitchenette as other condo in the area. Full size fridge, stove, microwave, utensil, coffee, sugar, condiments and more.

Bathroom

The bathroom is beautiful and modern. Included are shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soaps, toilet paper and more.

Dining

It have a dining table for two with conformable chairs.

Other Amenities

- There is a Laundromat within the condo if you need to do some laundry. But I provide clean bath towers, hand towers, beach towers and clean linens.

- The condo has elevator and a beautiful swimming pool.

- All areas are secured with 24/7 security cameras.

Getting around

Transfer from the airport - I recommend taking a taxis. The airport is within five miles and 15 minutes drive. Uber services are also available. Bars, restaurants, beaches, casinos, high retailers, Walgreen, CVS are within four to ten minutes walking distance. Bus transportation to Old San Juan is five minutes away by car and around a 25 to 35 minutes walk. Excursions - I recommend to book excursion in the local hotel instead of renting a car. There is a 10 hours excursion that includes the Rain Forest and the Bio Bay in Fajardo.
