This condo is amazing! It is very modern and clean, separating it from a lot of the hostels in Sjds. We had a person in each bed for a week, and the value was incredible. The condo is only about a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Sjds which is great because you can get away from a little bit of the noise or commotion that happens on the weekends - but its still close enough where you can pop in and out at any time. The balcony and back porch area are incredible too, giving you great views of the bay and Jesus statue above. the service was great and the condo was provided with all the little amenities that people take for granted. Great stay for us - 6 young travelers in our 20's who were looking for fun and adventure - but still the best stay if you are with a family or looking for a romantic getaway.

My wife and I stayed in condo #5 for 3 weeks and thought it was a great rental except for a couple things. First of all, we rented through CMG Property Management and they were outstanding... very helpful and responsive. The condo itself is very nice, modern and well equipped with a refrigerator, AC, microwave, stove, TV and DVD player. There is a shared washer/dryer available as well, and the pool is small but comfortable and attractive. The pros are the location: right off Calle Chocolate and about 200 yards from the beach. The cons are the fact we had bats living in the ceiling above us. While the squeaking and scratching wasn't too bad, the smell of bat urine got increasingly worse as our stay went on. Jason at CMG tried very hard to get an exterminator out to take care of it, but it just didn't happen while we were there. The only other con is the location right on Calle Chocolate... during the dry season, you'll get lots and lots of dust in the house. You'll need to wipe down counters constantly and you'll want to be careful with any electrical equipment/computers as they will also get inundated with dust. Despite this, we had a great time and really liked the condo. Carlo and augustino did a good job (Augustino especially) of caretaking, and Katalina was simply delightful as a housekeeper. We would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed in #5 for a week in March. Nice being at the end of the building right above the pool. Great views, nice walk to the beach and town. Our housekeeper Catalina kept the townhouse spotless. Perfect place to stay if you want to relax and have room to move. The townhouses are a good size and have all the modern things you need (including internet, cable, DVD player, fans and air-conditioning). The large top and bottom patios have comfortable chairs and an awesome breeze. You hardly noticed it was 32 celcius. Sjds is a great place, people are friendly and very helpful, food and entertainment is inexpensive. Lots of restaurants, lots of beach.

We stayed at Bayview Terrace for an extended period and loved it. It is close enough to town to walk to and enjoy the town but far enough to be away from the hustle and noise. The little pool is great and helps you cool off when it is so hot outside, and the generator was a lifesaver when the electricity would go out on occasion. We felt very secure there and really enjoyed our stay.
